It's a subway. You can't go wrong, you can't go that right. It's a subway. Ordered ahead, food was ready on time, they're meeting the bar. But, it's a subway, the bar is pretty straightforward.Parking: The parking right out front is very tight and often full. The parking garage is usually better, but it's not super close by either.

Surprisingly, a nice alternative for breakfast from the Jewel Box cafe just right next door. Friends just needed someplace to gather before the matinee. Got a nice sandwich and coffee. Nothing fancy. The guy at the counter was very friendly and glad to have the business so early.

I ordered 2 meatball subs with double meat online, brought them home to rewrap for later and find out I was cheated on the meat. There should be 16 meatballs in a double order but they only gave 11 each. I won't be back and I don't suggest you waste your money here either, unless you order in person and make sure you get what you're paying for. I guess they just think it's easier to scam people who pay online.

Staff was very rude and refused to take coupons provided by the store. I worked with subway franchises for over 7 years. Never once have I turned somebody away or been rude to somebody because they had a coupon. This location should retrain all staff immediately. This is how you lose customers and I know I'm not the only one that's had this issue

Came in to buy a sandwich and had to use the restroom, the employee lied about the restroom being "broken" so I asked which one as there are two. The other employee then grabbed me a key and said either one works. I then come out and realize their footlongs are now 16 bucks plus tax. That paired with being lied too made me absolutely not want to be a customer here and discourage anyone else from going to this establishment. Bad experience from start to finish and another customer was turned away from using the bathroom too but I held the door open for him so he could as he had already bought a meal. Place needs new employees who are much kinder and better prices, all around bad experience. Go to any place next door and get quality food prepared by a chef for the same price.
Not worth the time. Came to take advantage of mailed coupons. They turn customers away as they decided not to honor them. Do not waste your time with this franchise.

I haven't ever written a review for a fast food chain but this subway is very dirt. Veggie looked very old. Cucumbers are slimy. The employee working touched the computer for an online order with his gloves on and did not change them. I asked him to please change his gloves he didn't seam to understand. After that he dose not clean the knife.. He cut both sandwiches with the same one. I have a picky family so this is unacceptable. After this I pull out my coupon he denied it. I've been to this place a couple of times because it is close to home. This was my last straw please skip this subway and save you're money!!! Don't recommend any in the Northgate area either they are all like this. Definitely done with this subway will not be returning to it or any in the area for that matter. #all the same.

They have a whole new menu that looks like they are moving away from being a healthy choice for good sandwiches. However, the guy working there didn’t hesitate to make a close version of the healthy chicken sandwich I’ve been ordering for years. I hope they bring back the chicken breast instead of the shredded rotisserie junk. Bread was fresh even at 9pm. Sandwich was good and he was generous with the veggies.
