I've visited twice and have been pretty underwhelmed and disappointed each time. I ordered the brown Taiga and it felt like I was drinking a large cup of milk, not as "brown sugar" as I thought it would be. The second time, I ordered the orange passion with a 25% sweetness level and it was intensely sweet. Outside of the actual tea, the staff is kind and the shop was very clean! I have found many better tea options at a better price, but my friends and many other people seem to love it! I would try it for yourself since so many people differ on their tea preference.

$8 Taro with soy milk, non-adjustable ice level. 0% sugar. Taro flavor was non-existent. The fresh taro puree accounted for maybe 5-10% by volume in my drink, so maybe that's why. They need to do a taste test on their own product. I could get a gallon of soy milk with the $8 if that was what I wanted it to taste. Felt they were being cheap.

An underrated hidden gem in Seattle! My go-to drinks are the taro with fresh milk and rose milk tea! The taro tastes very fresh and delicious. The rose has the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor. Never had a bad experience coming here!

As a boba lover, I’d say this place is the best I’ve had. I tried their ceremonial matcha milk tea boba and it was delicious! The boba was chewy and it had a strong brown sugar taste, which I really enjoy. The matcha and the sweetness were perfect even at 50%. The only downside I’d say is finding parking for this place. But I’d still would come regardless!

Their December 2023 seasonal drink (persimmon mountain tea) is probably the best bubble tea I’ve had in my life (and I’ve had a lot of bubble tea!). Please make it a permanent addition to the menu ?I can also recommend the coconut sago drinks.

It’s pretty expensive, I end up paying almost $10 with tip for one drink. Other spots in the area will be around $7-8. However, the atmosphere is great and the drinks are delicious. The staff are always really friendly and recommend new drinks every time I come in. They have a lot of fun flavors as well.

Without a doubt, Tea King is among Seattle's greatest places for bubble tea. Their fruit drinks are all produced with actual blended fruits rather than artificial powders or premixed fruit tastes. All of their teas are meticulously chosen, making for exquisite milk teas (their milk cap is also great). Their blended fruit beverages, taro and mango coco sago, and milk teas are all excellent choices.

My friend took us to her favorite boba spot in Seattle! I got the Jasmine Milk Cap Tea with boba which came out to be around $6.50. The boba texture was 10/10 and the tea was pretty bomb too! No complaints here - would come back.

One of the best boba spots I've ever been to. Such a cool aesthetic and the drinks are fresh. You can tell there aren't weird artificial powders or flavors. The milk teas actually taste like the tea. Everything is so high quality from the ingredients, to the cups and even the printed seal. Every detail is very well thought out. I would come here more often if it was closer. I hope they expand out in Bellevue some day :)

Their watermelon coconut drink was amazing but the milk tea was not sweet enough. Ordered a regular sugar for both but they had different level of sweetness.
