We instantly fell in love with Thats Amore when we first moved into the area. The owners Guy and David are a such gracious and warm hosts. The food is excellent, the staff are kind and welcoming. I can’t imagine living in Mt. Baker and not having this restaurant in the neighborhood. We even hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and it has become a memory that both me and my partner find ourselves reminiscing and gushing about often! There wasn’t a single member of our party that didn’t talk about how great the food, ambiance and service was. This place is a true gem. We look forward to our regular date nights here!

What could have been an excellent restaurant experience was diminished due to the service or lack there of by our server for the night. It started when asking about a drink from the menu, when I mentioned I didn't want the jalapeño she said why not, it's good. So that put me off. I don't want it because I just don't. I shouldn't have to explain why. I'm the one paying for it so I should get what my preference is not hers. We then ordered a few different starters. We ordered the bread with butter, the bruschetta, the cheese bread and the arugula salad. Of those all were very good (aside from the salad which in my opinion had too much dressing.) If that wasn't enough food we also got two entrees. The chicken Marsala wasn't anything to write home about. The Penne Special was the same. Nothing spectacular. The cannoli's on the other hand were amazing! The atmosphere and restaurant are nice. It was just the terrible service from the waitress that ruined it. She kept grabbing things without even asking if we were done. And then when I asked for boxes to put my leftovers in she insisted on doing it herself to only throw away part of my bread with butter THAT WE PAID FOR. I honestly don't think I'd ever come back to dine in at this restaurant. If you order just get it to go.

Grabbed a bite to eat with a coworker. The bread and butter was wonderful, and my chicken Alfredo was exactly what I wanted.

We had a lovely dinner at That's Amore . We shared a pear salad and the pizza with figs . Both excellent. We also shared scallopine which was also really good but we didn't really have room for all of it. The staff were all friendly, helpful and worked like a family. Definitely a date night success . Will be coming back.

I’m in town for business, and was looking for a nice restaurant to treat myself. That’s Amore Italian Cafe was the perfect choice! If you’re a bourbon drinker definitely get the “Not so Old Fashioned.” For food, I started with their bread and three compound butters, all of which were delicious! They had a special on mussels which were perfectly cooked and the broth was amazing, the truffle compound butter is also delicious to add to the broth. For my main, I went with the pork belly which was on another level, it just needed a splash of acid or touch of salt for the tartness of the cherry demi. I took the tiramisu to-go and wasn’t disappointed. The ambiance and view over the city is a perfect complement to the food!

Great view and great food. Waitress could of asked if we wanted more drinks and she did forget to tell us specials. Only knew there were specials when heard our waitress telling table next to us.

Made a reservation here for Valentines Day, and wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing. The sauce on the Marsala should be bottled and sold. I was a little worried about the heat in the arrabbiata sauce since I can't handle spicy at all, but it wasn't that spicy. Our waitress also came and double-checked with me if I was okay with the heat of it which I appreciated. I was worried about parking beforehand, but at least for us we were able to find street parking close by easily. There's great views of mountains and skyline. We were able to watch our food being made since we were near the kitchen which we found pretty cool, but there's maybe only 2 tables you can do that from. And don't worry the kitchen wasn't loud, so that wasn't anything to worry about. The atmosphere was very quiet and intimate. Overall, great experience all around.

We came for post-Valentine's Day desserts and they were delicious, as always, and beautifully presented. Our server was gracious and efficient, the holiday décor was charming, and the diners all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Our only less-than-positive comments have to do with the bill. A 20% service change was automatically included, calculated on the food items plus the tax. We don't object to the service charge but think it should be based on the food items only. Secondly, the bill included even more optional tips one could choose. That seems a bit much.

Fantastic food in a warm, neighborhood atmosphere! Each course, from bread to soup/salad to pasta and dessert was marvelous. The pappardelle with wild boar was noteworthy. Their house-made tiramisu ranks as the best we've had anywhere in the world.

This place holds a special place in my heart as this is the first place my bf took me to when I visited him for the first tune in Seattle. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are just fantastic. I recommend this location on a regular basis especially for special occupancy.
