i got the Fried Chickenall i have to say is - wow.wowoh my godthat fried chicken was the best fried chicken i’ve had in my life. it’s unbelievable how good that wasthat breading was utterly magical. It was so insanely flaky and crunchy - just the absolute perfect level of each. It had such a satisfying dark brown color rather than the light brown you see on other fried chicken. You could tell this was truly fried in as much oil as possible - which you could also tell by how the breading was even slightly damp with oil and the bottom of the carton was still somewhat wet from the oileach bite of the breading was just absolute perfectionthe inside of the chicken was also astoundingly good - which i wasn’t expecting. the first time I took a bite of the chicken meat itself - i was shocked by how well it tasted. This wasn’t your boring old bland chicken you’d find somewhere else - it had fat to it - and even if the breading didn’t exist I would still really enjoy eating the chickenthe only thing i wish for is the breading had some spice to it - there pretty much wasn’t any of thatmy next absolute favorite part was the buttermilk biscuits that i got as a side. These were baked so perfectly - with a tough exterior but a soft interior. The butter dipping sauce added to this was the best part of the entire meal - it was so addicting it was impossible to resistwhat drags this down slightly, though, is the greek fries. I didn’t think these were good at all - while they were seasoned well with pepper throughout - the cheese was a) not well distributed and b) pretty infrequent. Also, the fries themselves were pretty hard to the touch but not crispy and didn’t have any softness inside. The white sauce didn’t taste very good eitherI will say the buffalo sauce that I added as a side was quite goodWhat puts this meal over the top is the massive portion size. It did cost a good amount (24 dollars) - but 3 of that was the greek fries which I’ll skip next time in favor of a side that doesn’t cost extra. The pieces of fried chicken were MASSIVE - there was so much food contained in that basket. I wasn’t even able to finish this entire meal. Given that you get this much fried chicken + two sides for a decent price, the value here is pretty damn goodoverall, out of this world fried chicken and biscuits, although the greek fries does keep this from the highest possible score. 9.25 / 10

Cute take-out only spot with a Greek American menu. Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was only a 10 min wait for my order. Tried the Beef Lamb Gyro and fries ($4.50 extra) - delicious, smothered in tzatziki, and the portion size was huge! Will definitely be coming back to try out the daily specials!

Very sweet woman took my order not longer after it opened. No line! Very good fish and chips. Right at the intersection of NE 65th and 15th NE.

Top notch. Never had a bad meal from this place. Usually get the gyro or the chicken tenders. Can be a little pricey, but inflation is a real B. Food quality and service are excellent. Very nice owners and staff as well. 10/10

YUM! Looking for quick takeout? This is the place! Got the beef and lamb gyro for $10.75, what a deal! The meat was juicy and flavorful, and the gyro was a good size. They do not have any seating, just a pickup counter. If driving they do have a few parking spots. Can't wait to go back and try more items!

I don't know if the quality control of their food is diminished when ordered through ubereats. What I received was not acceptable quality. I ordered the chicken strips with fries, Mac & cheese on the side, lemon chips, and ranch sauce. The food itself tasted almost flavorless. The chicken was crunchy as chicken tenders should be, but with no flavor, what's the point? The Mac & cheese was bland and loaded with butter, as if it was cooked from a cheap store bought box. The ranch sauce tasted like it was intended for salad, not chicken. The honey mustard had too much vinegar in it. I was very upset and as a result, had to skip having dinner. I understand that restaurants have off days, but this is enough to turn one away from ever giving another chance.

Let me tell you, Old Ballard Catering is a winner in my book. Every Friday night, my family and I make it a tradition to chow down on their delicious food and it never disappoints. The menu offers something for everyone, from the little ones to the adults, with weekly specials that keep things fresh and exciting. We are never disappointed by their classic dishes and crispy fries. But what truly sets Old Ballard Catering apart is their reliability. They always have our order ready for pickup right on time, making dinner planning a breeze. Old Ballard Catering is a true joy to have in our neighborhood, and they always deliver when it comes to flavor and service. Old Ballard Catering is a champion, folks!

Great food and very friendly staff. It is a bit pricy but I think the quality of the food really shows. I really like their gyro and tacos. The fried fish looks good too but have not tried it yet.

Great food and quick service. The internal decor was very cute, waiting for the food was lovely. I will come back, especially for the fresh warm pita bread and the generous gyro.

Delicious gyros only a three-star rating because they're only open for lunch two days a week seems like they're missing out on a lot of money

The food here is delicious, fresh, and high quality. I've ordered several times and have never been disappointed. I love the salad, the spanakopita, the pitas, the Greek fries - it's just all really good.

The chicken strips are amazing. We liked the beef and lamb gyro more than the Athens one.

Had the chipotle chicken street tacos, mac n' cheese, and homemade chips. Good portions and great flavors. Really enjoyed the salsa verde.
