This bar is right around the corner from us so it's a go-to for something quick and easy. It was more crowded than the Irish pub down the street on the Saturday before St Patrick's Day, which says something for an English pub. We've had good experience with the food (though we have only done takeout) and like the fish and chips, beyond burger, and Welsh rarebit. Service has been hit or miss for us but mostly because they're busy. They do trivia on Thursday nights and it's unnecessarily loud but this is an otherwise great bar!

We really liked this place, still might give it a chance. Stellar pub ambiance and a good food selection. Our recent experience included us finding a table, our waitress hurriedly and clearly upset rushing to our table and interrogating us for our orders, and closing our tabs immediately without question. An hour later we were able to flag her down and she decided that she would go out of her way to get us another round and open our tabs. Our group of four took our time with our food and drink, never seeing her again. A few hours later we go to the bar to close out and discover that she decided to tip herself extra gratuitously before leaving for the day. 10/10 location and amenities, -1/10 service.

Good place to watch games. Food is good and the service is unexpectedly good considering that I came during a big game. Although the Welsh rarebit included American cheese; definitely not how it's traditionally made. Beers are also good.As with so many places in Seattle dogs are allowed inside which does ruin it with dogs jumping on the benches, sniffing at the tables for scraps and of course the onslaught of allergy symptoms that follow.I'll probably stick to outside where the dander isn't as concentrated.

Always a solid spot. Even on an extremely busy game night they had amazing service and friendly staff. Their food is decent and there’s free pool.

This place was great. Went here for a Thursday night trivia.Trivia was a lot of fun and well hosted. The food was good with a great drink selection, and the people working there were friendly and fast. The didn't have the English breakfast when I was there, but I'll be back for it again
I loved this place! Stumbled on it after attempting to go to the Fremont Dock (closed) and then Petoskey's, which was packed thanks to a Vikings game. Came across the street hoping to watch some college basketball, and even though the TVs inside were all showing soccer the staff immediately set me up with a game and a drink, was friendly throughout my stay, and the grilled chicken sandwich was excellent. Very glad I found this place! Seems like an incredible place to watch EPL

The volume on the announcer for trivia nights is ridiculously loud, we heard it almost three blocks away when walking to the pub. So loud when we got there. There were only 20-30 of us and he had it turned up like a rock concert. Not fun.

I've been coming here almost weekly (at least once a month) for the past year. I regularly attend with friends for Thursday night trivia which has been super fun. Dan and the staff are super friendly and the food is great. Hoping to make it here for a premier league game soon.
