Life is too short for a bar with a *rhymes with stitchy* bartender. The girl working was extremely rude and clearly did not want to serve any tourists,. (Which is a shame cause our tips could have helped her get a better eyebrow job) Save yourself the trouble and stay away, especially if you are from out of town.

Should have trusted the previous reviews. Accidentally came in here looking for another spot. Decided to order a beer. Two bartenders behind the bar, two woman. One was outright rude. Absolutely no acknowledgement of me as a customer. Weird. The other one sort of softened up but the overall vibe was completely a non welcome energy. Too bad. Because it is a cool looking little bar. Probably won't be back. Too many fun places in Belltown to try. Why go somewhere so unwelcoming?

Great place to see a show, terrible place to eat. I've had not one, but two bad experiences here. The first was being overcharged for my meal. I ordered a coke ($3) and a pretzel with cheese ($10). My bill came out to close to $18 (the pretzel on that bill was $14). I pointed this out to the bartender, who then took 10-15 minutes getting approval from a manager to lower the price. After I signed the new slip, I waited for my food. Mind you, I arrived an hour before doors to the show started to grab dinner because I was there to see the opener. It was 15 minutes to doors (I had waited for my food close to 40 minutes by this pointed) and I noticed folks who had ordered after me already get their food. I brought this up to a bartender, who went to the kitchen to check for me. At 7:55 (5 minutes before the artist I was there to see hit the stage), they told me "It should be coming out of the kitchen shortly," to which I then requested to cancel my order and get a refund. The bartender then gave me $7 cash. Basically, I paid $7 for a coke. Annoyed, I went inside, watched the show, and immediately left after their set ended to get dinner elsewhere, because by that point, I was extremely hungry. The second incident happened a few days later. I had tickets to another show, so I decided to go extra early this time to not run into the same issue. I arrived, order fries with sauce and a coke (again, close to $12), and when the bartender asked if I'd like to keep the tab open or closed, I decided to leave it open this time. I grabbed a table, my food came at an appropriate time this time, and it was pretty good. I then asked the bartender to close my tab, as the doors to the venue were about to open. They informed me that had issues running my card. I checked my balance and they had CHARGED MY CARD $50, leaving me with not enough money to pay for my dinner. I brought this up to the bartender, who then informed me that they place a $50 hold on tabs that are left open, and when the tab closes, it's "immediately refunded". I was annoyed; why wasn't this information brought to my attention BEFORE I opened the tab? I would've closed it right then, had I known, since I don't make a lot of money and was planning to buy merch from the bands that night. Luckily, I had a backup card for emergencies to pay for my dinner. But I kept refreshing my bank app to see the $50 reversed. Nothing. After about 20 minutes of no movement, I asked a different bartender about it. I then showed them my bank account which showed that I was charged $50 and the money was taken out of my account. They went to the back to talk to a manager and came back to tell me the money would hit my account on the next business day. This was a Saturday night, so that meant I would have to wait until Monday for that $50 to hit my account. Why they have a $50 hold for tabs I have no idea -- but that information needs to be CLEARLY STATED for patrons to see so they don't run into this issue.I want to continue to see bands perform there, but until the restaurant can stop overcharging, I will be eating my pre-show dinner elsewhere.
