Very good service and very good drinks. The place is super clean and they have 20% off some drinks. I would recommend the fruity tea as is well served and has lots of fruit with chia seeds. The price is very reasonable and a good spot to get something refreshing while visiting old china town in Seattle.

BBT snob here. This is hands down one of the best bbt place in Seattle (my other favorite is Timeless Tea). Very well executed and balanced tea and milk/cream flavor with high quality ingredients. Bubble has very good texture, too. Make sure to try the QQ noodle as a topping - it’s very interesting and unique.

TP Tea stands out as Seattle's pinnacle of authenticity when it comes to milk tea. The chain surpasses all expectations, delivering a truly genuine Taiwanese tea experience. But what truly sets TP Tea apart is the unparalleled richness and depth of flavor in every sip.In our humble opinion, TP Tea reigns supreme as the best milk tea destination in Seattle. Definitely would recommend people to come here again!

TP Tea was crowded on a Saturday afternoon, so it is definitely a popular spot. After waiting in line and ordering our drinks, picked up drinks at the counter. Tried the new matcha latte menu, which was pretty good with the fruity pairing of strawberry and mango. There are limited seats/tables, so plan to take your order to go. There is also a 9.00 minimum for credit card orders; go with friends or bring cash. -2 Stars for cleanliness. The floor was very sticky in some spots and the staff tried to make my drink in a cup that had fallen onto the floor! I saw it and asked for a new plastic cup before they made my drink.

A decent tea shop that has a good assortment of drinks. And they are tasty. The shop doesn't have many tables and the bathroom is shared with multiple businesses (down a hall with a security code)

Very busy but the line moves fast. Large selection of drinks and add-on options. It's a tight space on crowded days, but the line just zig-zagged & I feel like people figured it out.

This is still my favorite bubble tea spot. The strong tea flavor really makes it stand out. But beware if you're caffeine sensitive like me haha. My friend tried the new matcha strawberry this time and it was pretty good!

Ha! TP Tea is such a pleasant surprise to my trip. I ordered the 3Q TP Tea (milk tea comes with boba, coffee jelly and QQ noodles), 50% sweet, regular ice. My order was ready almost right away, and it tasted delish! I'm from SoCal where boba is literally everywhere, so coming here I had no expectations. To my surprise, I enjoyed my drink a lot. The milk tea had a stronger and more fragrant tea flavor; boba was soft yet chewy; coffee jelly tasted fresh and not too 'artificial'; QQ noodles added another layer of texture too (to me, it was like boba but in a stringy form).

I only got one tea, their Mulberry tea which is a flavor I haven't seen back in NJ, and it was great! Sweet but slightly tart and super refreshing! The golden jelly was a perfect match for it! Just wish I could change the ice to no ice on it but oh wells. Service was quick and nice. The girl at the counter answered all my questions patiently. I gave it four stars cuz I only tried out one drink so I can't judge the other drinks and flavors.

Great tea place! The place is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. We ordered the Winter Melon Latte and Guanyin Tea. I love Winter Melon drinks but had not had in a latte before and it is a must have if you are a Winter Melon fan. It immediately became one of the best drinks I have ever had. The Guanyin tea and boba were very good as well. Will definitely stop back in for more drinks when I am in the area!

Their boba milk tea is among the finest in the city, offering a delightful balance of flavors that is both rich and satisfying. The pricing is equally impressive, providing excellent value for such high-quality drinks. However, due to its popularity, be prepared for longer wait times, particularly during busy hours.

This is my go-to bubble tea spot in the International District. The wait can be long but it's worth it! I typically get the Solar Smoothie which never disappoints!
