I got the Firecracker Chicken sub. Was delicious with the dipping sauce. Loved the perfect crunch and softness of the toasted baguette flavor combination was spot on

I've only tried 2 sandwiches so far and both have been really good. The bbq dipping sauce is really good and all the ingredients taste fresh. Double check your to go orders because they forgot some sauce on the side that I ordered. Cookies are not good.

Usually really good sandwiches. I've eaten here quite a few times. Most days I'm very happy with I get. That being said,some days the employees have very poor customer service. There's been a couple times where they were a bit rude or short with me. There were also a couple times I paid for my order and nobody started to make it for quite a while because they were all standing around chatting. Definitely not a one-time incident. Great sandwiches, but somebody at the top needs to put down some discipline.

Nice calm place for a bite to eat.I got a salad, and we got a turkey sandwich, the bread is really sturdy, but fluffy. Good sandwich.This location used to be the Lions Den.Parking: Small parking lot, with a bus stop right in front of the store, and 2 more bus stops less than a block away.used to be the lions den location.

They don't know how to make bad food here, seriously! Everything I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious! Some of the combinations sound weird but they work, trust me. This has honestly got to be my favorite place to eat since I've moved to Washington, and I'm very thankful to work mere minutes away. The parking lot sucks but if you time it right I've found it not to be an issue. If you've read this far just try em out, I promise you won't be disappointed.
The Bebop is the best sandwich in the whole world.We love Tubs! The best sub shop anywhere around here. They might be slow sometimes, but it's only because of how popular they are and how many orders they need to make, but it's totally worth it every time.

I had heard a lot of good things about this place and really wanted to try it out. Made on order online for several sandwiches and included no mayonnaise on the special instructions line. When I arrived at the restaurant, I wanted to confirm that the sandwich I had ordered had no mayo. The person at the counter stated that it did have mayonnaise on it and that they did not see or check the special instructions line that said no Mayo. I was told that if I wanted a sandwich with mayo I was free to purchase another sandwich. I asked the customer service person why they wouldn't just simply fix the mistake and make a sandwich with No mayo and exchange out. They said that that was not their policy. They called the manager who reiterated that it was not their policy. (To not fix mistakes about sandwich toppings?) I was told repeatedly that it was not the restaurant's fault and that I would have to buy an additional sandwich if I wanted one with no mayo.Still trying to figure out why this happened and why the staff was unwilling to fix a minor issue. I kept my cool but mentioned that it was a bit effed up. Person working the counter suddenly got very upset and said that he would be letting the manager know that I cursed him out, was causing problems. and that the guy behind him had just started that day and I was making the counter person look bad by saying the word f--k. And what a horrible day I was creating for their staff. Seriously what in the actual?Every other place I've ever been to that's made a mistake on toppings has just switched it out immediately.

I literally ordered the very first thing on the menu before I realized how big their menu is and how much great sounding things they have. I was not disappointed, but definitely need to go back and try more things.
