One of my favorite places to eat in Seattle. The best beans I've had in a long time, all very delicious. And at a great price. The musical selection is excellent.

Have eaten here multiple times for lunch and always great. This time I ordered their catering option for a 30th birthday I was hosting. It was a huge hit! We ordered pork, chicken and tofu options. We had lots of leftovers and the guests all raved about the food!Would definitely recommend for any catering needs.Vegetarian options: Beans and rice are vegan.Tofu optionsDietary restrictions: Can accommodate peanut and nut allergies

Incredible, amazing, local little home in the wall. I don’t even like beans usually and I could have eaten theirs for days. They were sold out of the roast pork for the night but I can’t wait to come back and try it!

The Palomilla Steak sandwich is a consistent piece of awesome. If you are picking up, you can stand to the left of the line and wait for them to notice you.

This spot is awesome! I love the casual vibe, the quick pick up and go type of place. To my surprise there was two high chairs. The inside was cozy but its a very simple spot. The price is a big high but that’s fine. The taste hit the spot!Kid-friendliness: High chairs!

FLAVORFUL! Each mouthful is deliteful, finger-lickin' and worth every penny. If you care about flavor above all else, this is the place. If you want fancy ambiance, go somewhere else.

TLDR: juicy delicious sandwiches, a must try!Caribbean Roast Sandwich | $13.25 - 9.5/10Really enjoyed this sandwich, it was not as good in my opinion as the Smokin Thighs, but delicious flavor.Smokin Thighs | $13.25 - 10/10 This sandwich was delicious. The chicken is so juicy and deliciously seasoned. Nice spice but not “spicy hot”, more flavorful hot. The crunch of the lettuce is delicious and the mayo based sauce compliments the chicken perfectly. Also there is street parking at this location which is very convenient!

Great sandwich shop. I had heard about it before from my friends, but was skeptical when I saw the place. But the sandwich was great. I had one with scallops and it was wonderful. My partner had a vegetarian sandwich which was great as well. Not a cheap place though. For a sandwich stand, it's expensive. But worth it.

We were looking for somewhere new and found this place had great reviews. It did not disappoint. The Caribbean Roast Sandwich was excellent. And that mix of roast pork, baguette, and garlic aioli made my taste buds very happy. Just make sure you have plenty of napkins.

To be perfectly clear I came here way too stoned and ate my entire sandwich while I was waiting for my friends. An embarrassing decision in retrospect. The sandwich does not have great structural integrity, and I didn't get any napkins, so I ate the thing like a rabid dog and was so paranoid of everyone around me judging me. I assume that impacted the experience. I also think I chipped a tooth in the process of tearing apart the bread.Overall though I don't think it lived up to the hype --- a little smaller than expected, the onions weren't really caramelized, the meat not extremely flavorful, the aforementioned tough bread. Maybe I just didn't order the correct thing, but to be honest I can't even remember what I ordered. I'll try it again under optimal conditions eventually.

Fantastic sandwich. Got some corn-on-the-cob as a side and both were extremely flavorful. 10/10 would eat here again. Can definitely see this place being packed during the summer as there is not that much seating but during the winter it’s not too difficult to snag a table.

While waiting for our secret congee order, I picked up a sandwich as an app!Service is super quick and food came out fast. The smoky chicken thigh sandwich was delicious! The chicken was so juicy. Every bite was balanced and scrumptious. This is definitely deserving of the #1 sandwich shop. It's a must try when in Seattle!
