If I could give 0 stars I would whoever was your order taker on 4/5/24 at 10:35am messed up my order gave me the wrong food on my lunch break I called back to say my order is wrong within 10 minutes to which he responded that he doesn’t have an order with my name even though he NUST took my order so I came back in and I told him what was wrong with the order and he said to me oh I thought you ordered a buffalo plate and said he repeated my order to me which he NEVER did, then on top of the fact that’s it’s my lunch and I cannot eat because my order is wrong and I’m out of time he said “maybe listen better next time.” But there will never be a next time it was my FIRST and last time at your unprofessional establishment and you need to hire better workers that can accept they made a mistake and fix it.

Kayla was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive and kind coming to check on us but not being over bearing. Just the right amount of personable. The cashier was super helpful and clear with answering common questions. The chef was wonderful in making sure all dietary restrictions were taken into account. Overall a 11/10 experience. This is a wonderful place for individuals with dietary restrictions or sensory struggles. The flavor was incredibly well blended and the presentation was gorgeous. The chef definitely has ideal customer satisfaction in mind!The cleanliness was superb. I never questioned the sanitation of anything, even the fire extinguisher was dust free so I know whomever is in charge of cleaning really cares about the customer experience. I got exactly what I ordered and didn't have to worry about anything in the process. The best thing that can happen to this place is to expand to other areas so I can go more often!

I’m in love with this place I’ve found in Seattle. I had a deli ‘Cesar salad’ ?. I’ve been vegetarian for 10 years now and I’m glad this kind of places exist. I’d even recommend it for an omnivorous person too! I love it

The food was delicious but the homeless situation around that area at night is out of control. We had 4 homeless come in, cause a scene and try to talk to customers and us super loud and ended up getting kicked out by the staff. The staff doesnt get paid enough to deal with those people.
