Spent $60 on food that you could tell had been sitting there FOREVER. Was so excited to try it and it was a HUGE let down. Can’t believe we spent that much money on cold & stale food.

Had a difficult time ordering because the staff just wanted to talk to us. They made no attempt to take our order. Even after ordering they wouldn't leave us alone. It's nice that you're friendly but there is a line between friendly and harassing. Food arrived at the table pretty quickly but was cold. It was clear they simply pre-cooked food and add flavors to order. Flavors/toppings were mediocre at best. If given the choice between this restaurant or go hungry, I'd happily starve.

Wings were okay... Flavours were great but the texture of the wings was not my fav. The spices/sauce is put on after the wings are fried so it tends to fall off. The wings with a sauce on them aren't crispy enough so the mouth feel is that of a wet/uncooked wing (they were cooked through, no worries there). The waffle fries were great though! Staff was super friendly and helped us out when needed.

Burger was cold and did not come with fries as ordered. Staff were focused on each other, two gave us dirty looks when we asked them to shut the outside doors they were holding open, and then there were staff swearing loud enough to hear several feet away. Eat elsewhere.
This is the best place in the armory, seriously!!! The food is well loved and the customer service is top tier, the whole restaurant is goated. Jade is the sweetest worker ever, and others! It is truly an amazing experience.Kid-friendliness: The workers are super friendly.
It was such a pleasure to have been helped by this young woman, Sandy. I was not sure what to order because certain things I cannot eat and other things I do not like. However, Sandy had the attitude of helping, and she explained the menu and about the food with never being upset with my questions. Thank you Sandy! The hamburger was good as well.

I went here on New Year's Eve, the service was poor. I understand they were busy, but they should not keep taking orders if they can't serve the food at a decent time. Waited in line for 20 minutes and waited for the food for 1.5 hours. Will never go back.
