I ordered half a pound of brisket, half a pound of spare ribs, hot and spicy sausages, and Mac & cheese to die for.? I’m all in!!Smoky brisket and ribs melt in your mouth. Everything is perfect and the Spicy BBQ sauce was Amazing!?There is a patio in the back, felt like we were in the countryside, looking at huge smoker grills.Highly Recommended!!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Having lived in Atlanta before moving to Seattle, we've been looking for a good BBQ spot and are so happy to have found Wood Shop :) Great flavors, excellent sides, good portions and prices (for Seattle), quick service, indoor and outdoor seating, and they've even got a Carolina pork option for those who prefer that style. Highly recommend!!

First time trying this place out and the food was excellent. The pork ribs were fall off the bone tender and the brisket had the right amount of fat absolutely tasty.

1/2lb brisket for $20 post-tax was ok; tender, but didn't have much flavor. they do have some bbq great sauce at the tables too to help out. I did appreciate the included onions and pickles too!Great service and environment ?

Such great food! Brisket Chili Mac was perfectly balanced. Generous portions and amazing flavors. Service was prompt and friendly. The location is clean, uncluttered decor with some surprising twists that have to be seen.Parking: Take a look around, but be aware of signs for employee only or other businesses.

Showed up at 6pm on a Sunday night and they were out of brisket, chicken, mac&cheese, fries, beans, sausages, and chili. Pretty sure that’s more than half their menu, and most of what you probably came here for. I’m pretty sure sometime similar happened the last time I came here and I just had forgotten. Not sure what the lesson is… call ahead? Don’t come on Sunday night? Prepare for disappointment?

I've searched high and low for good brisket the sides are average but the brisket was arguably the best I've had it was tender juicy the bark was perfect and the flavor was great only downside is finding parking in the area is

Excellent brisket sandwich. The ribs have a heavy duty smoke ring. Unlike other Texas style barbeques in Seattle, when they ask whether you want the point or the flat (moist or lean parts of the brisket), they actually deliver what you order.

The ribs were so good I ugly cried. You just shake them and the meat falls off. If you’re using a fork with this meal you’re wasting time.Dietary restrictions: Celiac/Gluten free

Ordered the brisket Mac and cheese bowl. The flavor was good but the Mac was overcooked and mushy, the brisket was dry. Another person I was with had the brisket sandwich and she said the bun was good but the meat was dry and not a whole lot. Not worth the $50 spent and not to mention the drive there. The table we sat at was missing the paper towels for napkins. Diners drive inns and dives came to this place and it was recommended. Fail, oh well, you try places once.

Delicious. Compares almost as good as Jack’s! Their sides are the best.
