We ordered online for an 8pm p/u. When we arrived at 8, they had not even begun to make our pizza or salads. They said that their printer was broken. A half hour later there is still no pizza. Unbelievable. And no apology, just a shruggy excuse about the printer. Never again, Zeeks. [amending this after the fact -- I realize that this is about management and the lack of staff training for how to handle situations that go awry in the course of a shift. So train your employees already. I always have liked the pizza, but I am still moving on from Zeeks.]

Decent pizza, which is hard to find, depending on your likes in pizza, but,a little pricey.Carries a selection of beverages. They deliver or order ahead I believe.Middle of large building, may miss it passing bye.Parking is sparse, not really wheelchair accessible from street, but entrance is on ground level.Kept as decent for pizza needs.

Excellent pizzas, both my young teen kids and myself thoroughly enjoyed dining here. Friendly and helpful staff. Kids had regular crust pizzas and I the Gluten Free option. Nice selection of brews and a couple of excellent ciders on tap.Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free crust, one of the best (maybe the best) I’ve ever had. Was even still good as leftovers the following day. I’m very sensitive to gluten (celiac) and had no issues at all with this GF option.

I’m not sure when this Zeeks turned into a Chuck E. Cheese. There’s kids screaming their heads off, running around all throughout the patio areas. As a neighbor, this has been a constant headache, and I’ve even reached out to Zeeks before and they did absolutely nothing. It’s very disappointing that they could care less about their neighbors. Now the food, they have vegan pizza options, but they seem to barely put ANY cheese on the pizza. The crust is also very inconsistent, and lots of very thin sections that burn, and is not good at all.Would love to see Zekes management do something about their customers disturbing their neighbors.

We have been to zeeks couple times, and our previous experiences were okay. However, our recent experience was bad. First, we have to wait 55 minutes for our pizza, and the waiter kept telling us that the order was 'REALLY' back up. When our pizza was finally served, the pizza was not even hot, which means it must be on the counter for a while before they brought up to us.

Decent pizza, great salads, nice spacious indoor seating with few TV's with sports on. They also have a nice outdoor patio where you can have dogs.

Came in for lunch today. Front counter person needed to go hand out menus to people in the dining room. Then she came back up and answered the phone and started taking a phone order for the future instead of asking the phone customer who arrived after me to "please hold" like I was asked to "please hold". They need customer service training here in a bad way. Anyway, they lost money today and hopefully in the future due to poor training and standards.

The food here is great. Highly recommend the Dragon pizza and garlic parmesan wings, however for the price, the wait staff is unfortunately lacking. Several parties were asked to seat themselves when we dined close to 6PM, and while that added to the chill, easy-going atmosphere, it didn't feel welcoming at all. Many parties who selected their own tables did not get service, and had to go to the bar to ask for a waiter because they seated themselves in an area the staff wasn't frequenting. In the past we have ordered drinks that weren't delivered during our dining experience, but still showed up on the bill, and sometimes, despite being told that someone will be "right back," have gone without service for long periods of time (this especially happens when it's time to pay). Last time we didn't even get water or utensils without asking; definitely make sure you tell the staff exactly what you want for the table.Overall, the food is worth trying, but the service left us wanting a lot more.

The adventurous pizzas seriously rock. Loved it. Root beer is also excellent. Excellent service too.Kid-friendliness: Every restaurant on that street seemed unfriendly to children, but there were multiple families in the restaurant when we were there.
