This is some teryaki! We got chx teryaki and chx katsu, the flavor was exactly what I expect from teryaki and the katso was the best I've ever had. The flavors of everything was incredible but it's always the small places! I also got a lychee bubble tea and it tasted exactly like lychee, yum?

Not the same…. Koto was my favorite take out in sequim however I wont be ordering again. It’s more expensive, smaller portions. I have ordered several times in the last few months and it’s getting worse each time. my recent order was wrong. The beef in the beef and broccoli was so over cooked it was like eating beef jerky. Fried Rice and ramen is completely flavorless. They have changed the teriyaki chicken (not for the better) Just overall terrible experience. Terrible enough for me to leave a review and I never leave reviews!

I love the options they had, The bubble tea Taro was alright. If it had more taro powder with fresher bobas and a little more creamier it would be perfect ?. Also the chicken and beef teriyaki was good but on the screen to order on it had the option for sauce on the side which I thought meant a side of sauce, so my order came just like that so be careful reading the sreen and options.

Unfortunately the new owners have let me down. I have been ordering from there for years now and I usually get a 911 roll. This time over half the roll didn't even have any fish in side. The ratios of the filling were off and it definitely did not taste the same.

Bad food that has changed the sauce on the spicy chicken was like bdq sauce and the. Rice wasn't the same! What ever you guys are doing with the menu it's bad ! Please go back to your old ways that made you hear in are community cuz your changes are bad !!!!!! Please go back to the old days of your food that made you successful !!!!! Aaron

Koto teriyaki is convenient teriyaki is there forte when it comes to sushi that’s where they struggle sushi is truly about freshness and texture, their rice is mushy. Perfect rice is the key to sushi When the rice is mushy the ingredients all blend together and the texture in your mouth can’t separate the other components. Also, the shrimp tempura is lacking in tempura batter. It’s not fluffy and airy it’s flat. The reason they sale So much sushi they have the market in Sequim. They’re the only ones selling sushi.

I had dinner from here last night and it was by far the WORST meal I have ever had. I ordered the Bento A, my chicken was raw in places, my tempura vegetables were under cooked and hard, tempura which is known for being a light batter was heavy and greasy. The avocado in my California was GRAY. I never write reviews but felt compelled to because not only was this disaster of a meal over $30.00 but potentially could have gotten me very sick. I will never eat from this restaurant again.
The portions and prices are absolutely amazing, I'll give a place 5 Stars just based on that these days with how expensive it is elsewhere. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The service staff was a little standoffish that's why I only gave 3 Stars for service, maybe they were all having a bad day, who knows. Regardless, I would come here again and again for portion and price alone!
