We frequent this location and have for a while. Consistently great - friendly, warm service, the food is always better than you expect it to be and better than other chain restaurants. This place is managed well and delivers.

Food and service were just ok. Steak was overcooked and the appetizer was not that good.
Let me explain my 3rd mediocre experience here...eating mediocre food. I asked them to please NOT put a certain sauce on my burger when I ordered.Apparently, a mistake was made by the preparer ( sauce was added)... they simply scraped most of it off and served it to me. I could taste it..checked the burger.. found the soggy residue on the bun (no longer toasted) and the hamburger. I say pretty tacky to serve it without mentioning it, particularly if the request was related to an allergy or an aversion.Atmosphere= Fair; Server = Fair to middlingAs stated, this was my 3rd mediocre experience at this particular Applebee's. I probably will NOT go back there purposefully.

We were promptly greeted by Katie who actually opened the door as we arrived. She was very nice and super friendly as she seated us. Katie was helpful as I requested a table as opposed to a booth due to my arthretic knees. Later she stopped at our table to make sure all was well. We orderdered the 9.99 bacon burger and shared a blondie for dessert. The food was delicious and served very fast . The 3 star review is due to our server. Hugo was nice and did a great job. The problem was his body spray or cologne. It was extremely over powering. Almost nauseating. My wife suggesred we ask for another server. However we had already ordered at that point. On our next visit we will be sure to request a different server. We visit this location around 4 times a year, and look forward to our next visit. Thank you for being in the neighborhood.

It's Applebee's. You know what you'll get. Good food and good service for a good price. We had the two for $28 combo whisky BBQ bacon burgers and a side Asian chili boneless wings. Very yummy, though the onion rings are a lot better than the fries.
Not often do we get good service anymore. Hugo’s performance is a great demonstration of what world class service looks like. We will definitely be returning thank you!
