Service was phenomenal! MOST of the food was wonderful. The only issue is the patties for both my husband's and my burgers were really dry. Again, everything else was great and the burgers were edible, just dry.Wheelchair accessibility: It's there but only a couple spaces relatively close.

Jessica V. was the best part of our first Blazing Onion experience. Truly outgoing, sincere, and extremely personable. Let's face it, good service can make or break a food establishment. She is the reason we will be back.Why you're here though, don't worry, the food was good (pulled pork, onion petals, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders & fries). Our only suggestion is to go a little easier of the seasoning on the fries. My son (a hard food pleaser - yes, he gets that from me) absolutely loved the honey mustard. Bonus points for Blazing.

I am really disappointed in the fact that the company is so cheap that they don't hire actual servers for a sit-down restaurant. If I wanted to order like I was getting takeout, then I would order takeout. The pressure to figure out what I want to eat while standing in the foyer ruins the experience. Being worried about holding up the line or not having a good seat because I need to look at the menu makes the experience stressful instead of relaxing. The experience is more like a McDonalds, except their is only one register and one person taking orders. At least at McDonalds, people expect to wait for the indecisiveness of the personal front of them in line. The bun for the burger was very soggy. The tator tots were very salty. Along with getting your own drink when you come in, you need to get your own refills. The fish and chips was alright, not great. Over the meal was marginal.

We used to come here at least once a month and the food has always been delicious, today our food was ice cold and my hamburger I ordered without pickles . It had pickles .The ketchup bottle was almost empty. We had asked for change to tip our waitress and we were ignored. Scratch this place for us.Parking: handicap and reg .parking

We have been coming here for years. Recently we have noticed the burger patties have become so thin. We spent over $100 on this meal and regret it. I could get the same size burger at McDonald’s it’s so thin. Our server we had this time was far from par. We had just got our appetizer and got our food immediately right after. By the time we finished the appetizer and got to the food it was cold. Do you not wait to send the entree order in so people have time to finish the appetizer? We were then rushed with boxes and our check. We wanted to order more but once handed our check we felt rushed and forced to leave. Disappointing as we came here a lot. Quality is going down fast.

They should call this place blazing burger. I had the classic cheeseburger and when I took my first bite it crunched and was burnt to a crisp like the cook forgot about it. Slapped a piece of cheese on then put brown lettuce and tomato and served it like this. The waitress was gracious enough to take it off the bill for us. But wow when I say it was burnt I mean black charcoal colored.

We will be going back for more!!The service was excellent.She was right on top of her orders.And drinks and everything. we didn't have to ask her for anything. this was our first time there, and it will not be our last.

I got the big dubbel hamburger as a rap with Chipotle mayo with the home onion blooms it was amazing the burger was so juicy, and because it was my first time they brought me a container of all there dipping sauce to try, from savory flavors to spicy my favorite was there Chipotle and bacon dips.
