I placed my order for an ice cream cake with an associate at the Silverdale, Washington location on 1/30/18 for a coworkers birthday party today 2/2/18. My order was placed and all was fine. Until I received a call from Madison letting me know they no longer had the edible image we were wanting. (Which is fine. Things change) so I asked if she could write what I originally ordered. "Over the Hill... Not!!!" She said she could and that I would get a 10% discount for the inconvenience. (She also mentioned that this is a common occurence.) I got to the establishment at 1030 and she brought out the cake. Not only was it smooshed on one side because the cover wouldn't stay closed... but the lack of effort that was put into the writing... (picture will be in the comments) This is what they allow. This is their acceptable standard.
