Best burger I've had in a long and their french fries were awesome

Have a nice crew of folks working in the restaurant. You get a good welcome and they all seem to be working in some kind of harmonious way. The food is pretty greasy-spoon basic. The choices are limited, but it is what you expect from this particular restaurant. Free peanuts. Bags of potatoes ready to make into french fries are part of the decor when you walk in. The service is quick enough, but it's not fast. Which is kind of interesting because it's just basically burgers and hot dogs. I think the hamburgers are pretty good. Their hot dogs, in my opinion, leave a lot to be desired. They could absolutely find a better, less salty, and more plump and delicious hotdog.

First time eating at 5 guys, didn't know what I was missing. I have a good apatite and still had a hard time finishing the bacon cheese burger and regular fries. the burgers are fantastic. highly recommend this to everyone.

Haven't been here in a while. Got the little bacon cheeseburger and fries. Couldn't finish either of them. Forgot how good and messy they are.

I grew up right around the corner from the original five guys, I’ve been all over the east coast eating five guys tonight was truly the first time in 20 years the burgers were not five guy burgers (it was actually inedible, first time I never ate the whole dang burger) and I could tell as I watched them make the burgers that they were not the same the patties were sooooo fat it wasn’t even funny. I’ve eaten here before and it was exactly as every other five guys, and for a $50 meal you are better going to McDonald’s (I hate to say it but save yourself money, exactly same quality) hopefully they get better but I know I won’t be going back for a long time.

Hadn’t been to 5 guys in awhile. This place was super busy but they were cranking out the burgers. Definitely near the top of the fast food chains but super pricey. I’d go back but only once in a blue moon cause of the price point.

Food was almost inedible! Soggy nasty bun, bland meat, temp was lukewarm. There were three of us, about 3 pm and we all were grossed out by the lousy food.

At around 5:00 pm on a Wednesday, there were three people eating in the restaurant and no one in line. I ordered the smallest burger on the menu, the smallest fries, and the smallest drink and paid $18.00. There were 5 guys working behind the counter, but it took 20 minutes to receive my food. Another customer received the wrong item and had to wait almost as long to get her item replaced. The tables were not clean. There was nothing special about the burger. The fries were good, but I question the high cost for the product you receive here. It's not really "fast food" if you have to wait 20 minutes. It's not a nice dining experience if there is no wait staff and no clean place to sit. I think I will choose a different place in the future.

Shakes were great, and staff were friendly. But waited nearly 40 minutes for 2 milkshakes tonight.Just felt like my time was wasted and this review is the best thing I can get back.Cheers, still support ya five guys, but this was bad.

Sadly every time I order pickup it's always wrong . I want to support here since they have Keto options but it's really frustrating when you get a burger "bowl" and get a lettuce "ball" I have ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon bowls before and this has happened twice ? Maybe they are out of the containers ? But i get a lettuce ball that is soaking through the bag .. just wrapped in the burger paper and it's horrible. When it's in the "bowl" it's usually correct . But the past two times it's been a nightmare .

Have to watch staff as they make your food, they are not accurate to what you ordered. From adding cheese to burgers that don't have cheese, to ordering cajun fries and not getting any seasoning. Food is amazing.
