Needed a pho fix while traveling through Silverdale. Ordered brisket, cooked perfectly and well-marbled. The bone broth was flavorful, yet delicate. Loved the options of chili oil and white pepper at table along with traditional sriracha & hoisin. Service friendly and fast!
