Get boba at Pop Up Kitchen in Silverdale instead! They are not a chain, a family owned business and have wayyy better customer service!!This location closed early claiming they "ran out" of everything. it's a boba tea place so they don't just run out of things... so I love happy lemon but don't recommend the service at this location. Unfortunately they dont remain open as advertised.Edit: They also do not take responsibility for poor service or reviews and(as you can see from other local reviews) are rude to customers instead of taking the constructive feedback to do better as a business. Do not get your boba here.

You need to train your staff active listening skills. I been there 3 times they all don't listen. Everytime I ordered light sugar they gave me 100 per cent. I don't know why you hire staff that don't care about your business

I have been a Happy Lemon fan since before Silverdale. I was so excited for them to be in our county and very much anticipated the opening. I write this in hopes that they can make an improvement. I’ve been in four different times. There has been a couple mistakes. Today my drink was missing the Boba. She quickly noticed and replaced it, however, on my way home as I was drinking it, it seemed as though the Boba hadn’t been cooked as it was fairly hard. The staff seem unenthused to be there compared to other establishments which takes away from the name Happy Lemon. What I’ve enjoyed in the past is the clean, white, and tidy atmosphere. What I’ve noticed at Silverdale each time is the whole front is windows and each time these windows look like they haven’t been cleaned. Not even recently. Floor to ceiling. My work ethic is it should be done every single day by an employee. I hope this helps to better the establishment.

I have been to the Happy Lemon in Edmonds and they brought this to my city, but this location is mediocre. There is a long wait and they don't seem to care and they don't acknowledge you when you come in the door. Compared to other locations they don't have mochinut or k dogs which is why I came to the shop, so based off that I just left and didn't purchase anything. Really disappointed because I have been wanting to try them for 6 months. Their apps don't even give give you anything, updates, coupons, nothing.

I got the milk tea with Oreo and puff cream, it was tasty. If you choose 100% ice... you will get barely any liquid. So lesson learned on that, but overall tasty!

Absolutely delicious , I do enjoy the waffles they're always delicious. All the flavors are so good ,I recommend that you at at least buy one, all the flavors are good I try my best to try all of them.

Yummy boba. I really like that you can decide how much sugar and other ingredients they add to your drink. I recommend half sugar or less. There's tons of options. The chocolate waffle thing was kinda weird and not very good.

I've been to this chain in other cities and it's fine. They had some kinks to work out when they first opened but they've gotten better. It's not my first choice for boba drinks but it's one of the few in Silverdale and I like that their drinks aren't too sweet. The bubble cakes are good but overpriced. The chocolate flavor tastes like nothing despite having a strong chocolate smell. Service is good and the place is usually clean.
Make sure you double check your orders because about half of mine are missing add-ons, even when ordering online.

I was hestitate on this location due to its Yelp reviews but it was still pretty good! The young ladies working were so friendly and welcoming. I ordered my usual black tea with salted creama, taro milk tea w/boba & bubble waffle. All were amazing and drinks were made well.. boba was so soft and fresh. I took a star off because the tables and booths were kind of grimey and could use some cleaning and also wish they took cash but overall it's a legit location.
