We called ahead since they were close to closing and they still welcomed us in with a smile on their face. They even told us not to rush and were super friendly and courteous. Now that is the gold standard of customer service! Their food is definitely one of the BEST in Silverdale and Kitsap County and is incredibly delicious! Especially their chicken! OUTSTANDING customer service and AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS FOOD!!!

Sat at a table for 1 hour and ten minutes waiting for food. By any standard, that is unsat. M&T seems to be focused on the drive through and can't seem to manage a full restaurant. So simple information like, "it's going to be an hour wait" would be helpful to the CUSTOMER so a decision to wait can be made up front.

The atmosphere was basically fast food decor. the service was fast, personable and non-instrusive. I had the beef pho. My only complaint was that, despite the promise contained on the menu, it did not stay hot. Before I had finished less than half the bowl it was luke warm at best.Kid-friendliness: My 13 month old granddaughter loved her share of the Pho. She had a high chair so she. my daughter and I could enjoy lunch. There was also room between tables so that she could make friends with other engaged diners.

I visit weekly to get boba tea, but recently sucked up a hard sharp triangular piece of plastic that was about half an inch long. Since I drink my 32 ounce drink throughout the week and it had been a couple of days, they said they would not remake the drink or do anything for me.
This place is so pretty inside. If you want somewhere for an intimate date night. It also has a drive thru for those in a bigger hurry. The food is so tasty, always cooked to perfection, no charred bits on the teriyaki, flavorful fried rice, kind employees.

The beef teriyaki was absolutely delicious. I thought a bit pricey for the portion size but there wasn't a bad bite. I'd go again as a treat.

This is not your typical "Café" this is a hidden ? being a Vietnamese restaurant! I had the Cocoraman Kimchi and was absolutely blown away. Udon noodles with shrimp and a spicy cream sauce over the top. I have also had their pho, which was memorable as well! The service is great, I think mostly because of the lack of clientele. Not everyone knows about this place, yet... But when they do, I'm sure it will be busy. The atmosphere would be much more enjoyable with a larger crowd. There is a more than full bar simply unutilized. If you're looking for some good Vietnamese food and a great place to hang out in the later hours, I would recommend M&T CAFE in Silverdale, WA.
