this was fun to get to go to because I haven't been to a Skippers in so many years. I have a lot of fond memories of this past. the food was good and the people there were very friendly.
Wanted to eat something different than the same old tired burger joints.The basic fish and chips.Comes with a cup of chowder and a drink.The chowder was served when the order was taken.It was hot and tasty.Tad on the salty side.Pick a drink from the fountain.The fish and chips (fries) came has we finished the soup. Slippers is a flash back to my early years. Main fish is pollock and cod as an option. I tried both and really prefer cod. Downside was the clam chowder. Very pasty little to no clams tiny piece’s of potato. Also very salty
