I came in and was told that they can't make what I wanted to order because it's early. I asked, Why tell me to look at a menu when I can't order anything on there except the sandwiches? Then when I didn't want my sandwiches toasted she told me, it has to be toasted. I've order Banh Mi all my life and non toasted is how I like it, it's a preference like when customers ask for no mayo, I told her. She said, it's my restaurant, I hate it when customers ask for substitutes or change their orders. Okay, that's lame. Good luck. I'm never coming back.

My daughter and I have visited often. Our Chiropractor has an office in the complex. We like this place because we both have food sensitivities and it's easy to order gluten and dairy free items. The owner is gracious about accommodating changes in our order. The food is reasonably priced and plentiful They serve a different variety of basil with their meals which is very tasty. We recommend this small restaurant as a good lunch spot.

Side dishes such as dumpling and spring roll are not that great. Spring roll was served with unknown dipping sauce. It was supposed to be crushed peanut based one, but I am not sure what that was. Pho will be better choice.

Stopped by one day for a drink, we had a bubble tea and a matcha tea. Both were tasty and not too sweet! Looking forward to coming back and trying their pho.

Tried there chicken Banh mi sandwich. The sandwich overall was good tasting. But they should add a little bit more chicken.There was only one lady working at the time I went in.She was rude to me. After she she done preparing the food for customer before me.She went to the customer who came in after me and handed them the menu and asked them to sit down.Then she asked me and took my to go order. I asked her a question about what kind of meat was in one of the items. She rudely replied.After taking my order . She went back to the other customer and took their order.She made and served their order before me. I thought that was very rude.They also charged .50 credit card charges without informing me. My tax amount was also in that .50 charge. I know it is not much. But you should not charge tax on credit card fee.

Honest feedback that the owners should read: There was a female staff member, who had thick eye brows and bright red lipstick. She was rude. She appeared annoyed and bothered by her job. If she doesn't like her job, then she should find something else that fulfills her. If she was an owner, may I recommend that you sell your restaurant to another family who can better manage this pho restaurant? I gave this restaurant a 2/5 because the broth was actually pretty decent. Otherwise, I would have gladly given it a 0. It's not hard to smile or be a kind person.
