Called to ask about an “item of the day” transferred me to the bakery. Wanted it.. transferred me elsewhere but before transferring I let the gal know I was just transferred. And PEW the attitude. lolI guess the food better speak for itself because the customer service and communication is all out of wack. Google “live” is telling me “not busy, usually no wait” .. we shall see.10:10am low and behold no utensils in my to go.. and cold bacon.. pre! The quiche was mediocre.Attitude matched the food! And there maybe 4 people in the bakery and restaurant side. Smh

Worst customer service ever. We were 6 people and they don't allow us to get in. They didn't want to try to help us at all.

We were lucky and went when it wasn't busy. This place is usually crowded and busy. Friendly and great service. Food was excellent. Large plates! Alot of variety for vegetarians, pescetarians, and meat eaters. It filled me up till dinner.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating.

Yummy I drive from West seattle for special breakfast
We used to love eating here but unfortunately the new management has taken an anti-family stance in their business model as the staff has been directed to not seat parties larger than 5. We recently went from 2 to 4 children, so our family has now been deemed too large to dine at this establishment. If you're looking for somewhere to take your business CCR down the road has a great brunch menu and is still happy to take the business of families.

My family of 6 (husband, me and our 4 kids) were turned away and refused service because they only serve tables of 5. We have been eating here for years and have never been turned away before when joining with family, friends, etc. My family and I felt very hurt and unwelcome at a place we’ve been happily going for years and simply because we have a “big” family. (we were told the new general manager is the one who bolted down tables and made the rule of 5 people only). Snohomish is supposed to be a city that prides itself on its’ family values and here, in the heart of downtown, this restaurant is slamming the door in the face of big families. I read another review below where this happened to them too. Also, when we last visited, my sleeping baby in a car seat was made a fuss over as an inconvenience to make room for. I asked if they had a sling for the seat, etc and basically they told me they were liable if something was spilled on them while in the car seat. I’ve never ever had this made into an issue at other restaurants and most restaurants happily provide slings to accommodate parents if this is a concern. We came back months later and were turned away solidifying my understanding that parents of young children are not welcome here. This place is not treating families of young kids well and I will not be dining here ever again over this. So very disappointed.Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY

Delicious food, generous portions, very reasonable prices, great service and a nice space. Pretty much a perfect spot for brunch.
