love kfc and they cook the food properly here. my orders are almost always accurate but often they are understaffed with even just 1 person running the whole show. That affects the service rating. I haven't eaten inside to judge atmosphere and occasionally have had to wait for food. the longest drive through wait was over 20 minutes but most are less than 5. The consistently in my orders and quality of the food raised the overall score

I totally understand mistakes happen, we don't eat fast food much but we sometimes decide to get kfc because I like the chicken sandwhich and she likes their combo meals.The last 4 times we have gotten food at this place its like they don't listen!My bag has the fries upside down and the wrong sandwhich.For her 3 piece combo they said they were out of biscuits so she got mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, she got a piece of chicken in a box filled with fries!? I hate leaving bad reviews but just go to taco bell or any of the other places in town and avoid the kfc. It's like they don't even care they just toss stuff in a bag ?

Ordered a lot of food. Inside the store. Spicy chicken sandwich and nugget big box meal was one of the things I ordered. No nuggets, no drink. Was assured everything was in the bag. The big box meal wasn’t in a box. Just items in the bag. I got a sandwich and fries out of that big box meal. Garbage.I called the store twice to let them know. No answer and no voicemail.

Last luster service and the food was garbage. Couldn't eat anything the potatoes seemed like they have been sitting out and the chicken was the worse I've ever seen like it was really old and terrible I couldn't even believe they would put that in the bucket and not the trash.
Behind the counter is a mess. Trash and boxes and fallen food on the floor, visible to the customer. I ordered from door dash for pickup. I arrived 10 min before DD told me my order was ready only to walk in and THEN watch them put my order together.

Ordered the nuggets, which were more like popcorn chicken or small tenders. They were burnt and soggy and poorly seasoned except for a ton of pepper. The individual side of mac was 3.99 for about 4 bites of food. Chicken was so disgusting I couldn't finish it. $24 for 2 people is outrageous for inedible food.

Ordered through the KFC app. Got extra crispy instead of original recipe, asked for plates, got none, and the deal comes with 4 sauces but never got any that I put on the order. Don't give this place your money if you're expecting everything you paid for.

I go go KFC for lunch at least once a week on Woodinville and the food is delicious super fresh there hasn't been a time where my food isn't hot and fresh. Snohomish KFC I have given it multiple try's and it sucks. They always get your order wrong and the food is cold and old. No longer going to the Snohomish location. I just got home and my sons tenders are cold and old same wit the fry's. Disappointed because I love KFC.

Placed a mobile order, so it would be ready when I got there. I arrived to the employees just sitting in the lobby. Other times I get there 2+ hours before closed and they say they're out of chicken for the night. What the hell is up with that? Owner needs to step up this store. Even other stores have said this one has a bad reputation.This was July 2nd at 945pm if you would like to go back and investigate
