First time I've been here since the owners changed from Bamboo Bowl and it's definitely a huge upgrade. The menu has definitely expanded. The pho is clean and tasty but what I enjoyed the most was their homemade cream puff. The staff is so friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience better. Definitely will be back and hope others will support this business.

Excellent pho! The broth is so good! Easy to order online or in-person. This is my new go to pho spot!

The food is not bad and the price is decent. Unfortunately, they are not equipped to handle lunch or dinner volumes. They have been late with my orders 3 times, with the most recent being 45 minutes late. They did not bother to ask my name or order number when I arrived to pick up my food, only telling me to wait. There were 5 groups around me, all waiting for their food. There were multiple tables with used dishes that had not been cleared. I get that they were busy and patiently waited. 45 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready (I had placed my order about 1 hr 30 minutes ago by this time), I finally stopped someone to ask for my order, only to find out my food had been sitting on the counter, and no one had bothered to get it to me.

The banh mi was so flavorful and unlike any I have had! Will definitely be coming back and determined to try the other ones.

We came here around 7, near their closing time. I got a sandwich and my friend got a chicken Pho. Decent portions and pretty good prices. The service was pretty good and we felt welcomed. Not a lot of guests were in the place but the place was bright and clean. Would definitely go here again.

I crave this Pho often and really love the fresh noodles. The service is warm and welcoming every time I visit, which is typically just for takeout. I look forward to eating inside the restaurant soon as they've done a wonderful job renovating and creating a clean, modern space to enjoy their delicious food. I highly recommend trying this spot!

The food quality was not great. Pho meat seems old and the menu is misleading. I got a pho combo but all it came with was steak and brisket. Very disappointed. I don't see this place lasting too long. Ordered a bowl of pho and Vietnamese ice coffee which was not Vietnamese coffee. It was more Thai coffee than anything. Total came out to be 30 bucks. Dine at your own risk

I came to this location once a week when it used to be BAMBOOBOWL, but since the name/owners changed I have never been able to place an order to go with them. The phone numbers on their website and on yelp are different and neither one will get you in touch with the restaurant (one goes straight to a google voicemail asking for your name and number, the other goes straight to a voicemail that is full. There is also no online order option (which the previously titled restaurant offered). For this reason I am giving them 1 star.

I'm really disappointed because I was excited to see the homemade noodles in the restaurant's pictures, which is hard to find. I don't know what happened, but this makes me not want to come back here anymore.

Loved the pork banhmi!! And the Vietnamese coffee was made perfectly upon request ( ask for a stronger shot if you prefer that). Great ambience!

This place took over Bamboo House. The old name is still on display which is misleading. There is one order kiosk where you place your order before taking a seat. There is only one bowl size and the portion size is very small, equivalent to a size small at other pho places where various sizes are offered. Stingy on broth and too much noodle. by the time you mix in your veggies the bowl is thick with no floating broth. It became like a dry pho meal. I got a combo which consisted of raw steak, brisket and beef meatballs, sliced, 2/3 slices each. No tendon, tripe etc like a real combo pho should have. The brisket was sliced along the wrong grain of cut (such a culinary no-no!) and was over tender, near mush. My son ordered the steak, which should really be called rare beef slice, and added extra meat for $3. They accidentally put the extra meat in my bowl (though I could hardly tell the difference) and said that they will bring out the extra meat for my son. When they didn't I asked about it and the busboy kept saying "it's all good." Sketchy. And never brought it out. Broth was cloudy and salty and did not have the sweetness from beef bones. They used chin su sauce instead of sriracha. Not. The. Same. Chin su is junk. The lime wedges and basil were fresh but the noodles were not fresh as advertised and they used the pad Thai noodle instead. Lame. Ambience is spacious but lack wall decors. In fact there's none.

Bahn Mi sandwiches are really good. I came here just to write that t heir sandwiches are really good. This doesn't mean the rest of their offerings aren't good because it is...but the sandwiches deserved this review and note. Food is fresh. Tons of meat. Can eat them everyday.

We ordered vegan pho and summer rolls. Loved the pho - it was full of flavors. Probably the best pho we have tried in Seattle. Will try fresh noodles recommended by the owner next time.

Tasty pho and friendly owner and staff. They make their noodles in house...and the broth is so good! The new owners have given it a cute overhaul inside too......check it out!
