I have visited this restaurant for years. The past two visits I have been there I have witnessed poor service and total lack of customer appreciation. When I inquired about the changes, the women in charge tried to throw the bar staff under the bus! May I say I never post negative reviews, but unfortunately this warranted this review.

Prime rib night is the best. Both times we have had rather large parties that they had a hard time keeping up with, but they still take good care of us and the prime rib is the best.Not impressed with the fact that they won't do multiple checks for a large party. This is a great place for our large group of friends to meet up, but I don't think we'll be bringing big parties in anymore.

We just ordered some pasta and salad, the lady on the phone told me it was for 2-3 people portion when we got home and opened the container is was few pasta maybe just for one person besides the price was expensive. We tested and had no salt and almost no cheese in it. Definitely not coming back to this place.
Selection selection selection-from beers on tap to pizza toppings, Maltby Pizza & Pasta is superb. I highly recommend the Big Nardone to fill that appetite!!

came for dinner on a Friday. Dining room was maybe 50% capacity. Ordered a bowl of soup and a large pizza and a beer. Service was a little slow to get our orders in, but didn't think anything of it. Took 20 minutes to get my beer. Took 50 minutes to get a bowl of microwaved soup. took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our pizza. Pizza was undercooked.The dinning room smelled off, like spoiled food.The kitchen needs better order management. There appears to be one pizza oven which is drastically undersized for the size of the dining room.don't have anything good to say. wish I did. The poor wait staff have nothing to work with.
