Need help on customer service. I called to make an order for pickup called 4 times kept ringing called again and got hung up on 2 times. Walked in within seconds of hanging up. 2 girls just leaning on counter I asked what the number was just in case I was calling the wrong number. She shrugged her shoulders up and said “I don’t know.” You don’t know the number to where you work?Instead of hanging up on customers why not just answer and say … it’s going to be about 45 min or whatever time you need.. extremely rude girls in front. They definitely didn’t look busy.

First timers. Been wanting to try for awhile, Snohomish transplants, finally did today. Tried a little bit of everything. Burgers, fish & chips, onion rings, mushrooms and the holy grail, milkshakes, blackberry for me, pina colada for him. This is exactly what we want in a funky little joint like this. Mushrooms need a little work, but Everything else was Great. Plus……..they have the Good Tartar Sauce. If you’re a Washington person, you know what I mean. Just down the street from our new place! Extremely friendly staff, Kudos!!!

Burger bun was soft and fresh. Burger was thin but had good flavor. Fried mushrooms were hot and crispy but under seasoned and kind of small compared to fried mushrooms I have had at other similar burger places.

Yummy JR Bacon Cheese Burger, Yummy Butterscotch Shake, excellent hot Onion Rings but most of my French Fries were barely warm & mixed with a few fresh hot fries so it was easy to tell the difference between the old and the new fries. The Fries are $4.50 and for $4.50 I expect to have all fresh hot fries not a mix of old fries with a few fresh hot fries. That was a bummer. Suggestion: Ask for hot fresh cooked fries when you place your order. The service was not so great either. Counter help was not welcoming or friendly to us at all, BIG bummer. The Restroom floor looked like it had not been mopped in 2 years (this is not a joke) It is SUPER filthy, I bet it is still filthy today. I though about telling them that their restroom needed cleaning but should a customer really have to tell them to clean! I don't think so. Full service restroom cleaning should be done on a daily basis at minimum. There was lots of staffing standing around behind the counter. Management needs to start managing and delegate a full service cleaning as a regular daily duty.

Owner only hires female teenagers... Seems to be a little off and not very communicative to the customer. Lines are always long and food isn't very good enough for the wait. Its a historic food joint which is why its still busy but its nearly five guys prices for less than five guys quality. If your looking to spend a lot of a decent burger I would recommend five guys.

Food was ok, they don't have a grilled chicken burger. The French fries were small and not hot. I spent $4.50 on just fries. The milk shake was really good. The super bacon cheese burger was delicious. The inside was pretty dirty. This is an old staple of Snohomish that needs a refresh.

Been coming here since I was a a kid, still 10/10, fries, burger, onion rings, and shake were all up to par! The shake is incredible has strawberry pieces in it, my favorite!! The cheeseburger is so good too, cooked perfectly, veggies taste fresh, sauce is perfect, it's one of the best burgers around. Staple to snohomish for sure! Service was great and quick too. The inside is so cute too, but we did drive through and it was a week day so it was fast, I know the line can get long!
