Very cool bbq spot in downtown Snoqualmie short distance from the falls. Friendly staff and feel. Variety of meats and awesome Mac and cheese. We will be back. Kids loved it. Grown ups too.

I'd heard nothing but good things about this place since it opened and was excited to try it. My son and I got the smaller platter(1lb. Meat and 3 sides). I don't know if it's meant for 1 or 2, but the sides were kind of small. The sides tasted good but the cornbread was dry and crumbly, and both the potatoes in the salad and the macaroni in the cheese were very undercooked. As for the brisket, it was way over. Solid brown throughout, chewy, and requiring a knife to cut. Also sliced too thick imo.The only saving grace was the BBQ sauce which I really liked. Not sure if I'll try it again, I hope it was just an off day for them...

We were in the mood for BBQ and stopped in at Buckshot Honey for lunch. I normally eat low carb, but saw the Mac and Cheese bowl on the menu and wanted to give it a try. It came topped with meat of your choice ( I had brisket), crumbled corn bread, and chips. It was delicious and hit the spot. I also ordered a 1/2 pound of meat to share and was glad I did. The meats are expertly smoked, and well seasoned. The service was fast and friendly, and I really liked the ambiance of the building, decor, and views out the window. All in all, a great spot.

Got the little si board, and it was an acceptable experience. Overall, everything was too firm. Potato salad was undercooked, Mac and cheese was undercooked, brisket was overcooked to the point of entirely brown. This would be acceptable for 20$, but definitely not the 50$ we paid.

We spontaneously decided on this place for lunch since it was pretty highly rated in the area. It's a cozy local BBQ spot that had a good amount of customers on a late Saturday afternoon. We got the 1/2 lb brisket with a side of coleslaw which we really enjoyed. The service was friendly - they even checked on us throughout our meal. It's not a huge place so seating was limited but there was also a small upstairs that had bar stools for two and a small sofa and coffee table section to seat about 4. Overall, we liked this place and would come back!

Had lunch there. Staff was very nice and friendly. The food was way overpriced and not very good. Had a brisket sandwich with side of baked beans and coleslaw. Only ate the sandwich which was so so. The beans and coleslaw were awful...took one bite of each, left the rest. Will never eat there again.

Best food I’ve had in as long as I can remember. We stopped in for lunch and tried two of the sandwiches (Dave’s Way & Uncle Phil) off of the main sandwich menu, along with the cornbread, co slaw, and collared greens. I also tried their Bloody Mary. All were 10/10. Even the butter for the cornbread was a supporting star in the show.Careful consideration to combinations in flavor profiles, quality of ingredients, and craftsmanship in preparation are all obvious. The owner knows what works (brilliantly) when it comes to craft BBQ and obviously enjoys sharing his mastery to the delight of others. Every community should be so lucky.Super charming atmosphere and friendly/welcoming and helpful service are just the cherry on top. My only hesitation in leaving this review is that I hope it doesn’t become so popular we can get in. Bravo, and thank you!

I brought my wife here on our first date in over 4 years. The place was pretty busy so we sat at the Bar. Man were we in for a treat, the owner Dave was great! He told us stories of his early restaurant days and even let us try something that we were curious about but didn’t order. We were the last ones to leave the restaurant and it’s safe to say that Buckshot Honey is 100% responsible for the creation of my 3rd child. Thanks Dave!
