I don’t know where to begin with this review. From the moment when we walked in, we were treated like less than human. We were told to pick up our trash (pencils & a notebook that we we were actively using). If that wasn’t enough we looked up to see an employee hovering over us holding a camera to our FACE. I have no clue what was done with that image nor do I even want to know. Has sitting at a Starbucks minding our business become an offense????? This is unacceptable.

Please just stop talking to each other and work. We don’t place mobile orders to sit around and wait while you talk about your friend’s social media. They didn’t even start my order until I asked where it was, 5 minutes after its expected time.

Nice neighborhood coffee shop. The new manager Brain has made several positive changes.The staff is always pleasant and says hello when you walk in and good bye when you leave. They also call you by name and are willing to make suggestions depending on your ask.All in all, it’s one of the better Starbucks in Seattle since Brain arrived!!!

I waited 35 for my drink here, no drink is worth 35 min of my time, at the point I just want it cancelled. It is busy so I am understanding and typically patient, but many people who ordered way after me are already receiving their drink.I highly recommend the other snoqualmie location, the other location is usually my go to, decided to give this one a try today and regretted it.

I have ordered through doordash twice now, a chai tea latte, and both times what I received was something that has to be pure milk water. It's completely white, no taste or appearance of any chai flavoring/spices. I went back through my doordash orders to see if maybe I was putting in something weird to alter the order. Nope, I'm ordering straight off the menu with no alterations. I get this drink at several locations, completely the same size, no alterations, and it is nothing like this. It's actually not drinkable; if it tasted like water OR milk maybe, but it's just some off-putting water milk monstrosity. I can't believe that something is being done so poorly at a chain restaurant/cafe where there should be recipes to produce consistent drinks, like, I never in my life have bothered reviewing one because the whole point of them is you get exactly what you expect to get because every single one is the same. There are other locations in town, go to those.

Such a nice Starbucks with friendly skilled baristas. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. I was just stopping in for a cold beverage to go but the atmosphere and conversations around seemed really cheerful and energetic. I definitely plan to come back here just to sit at a table and take my time with a pastry and a latte next time.Kid-friendliness: Located beside a learning center.

This store has such nice baristas, they make great coffee and food. Their manager is obviously incompetent or something because they aren't properly scheduling for busy hours and days and they can't keep staff on. Would love to get my drinks and food there when they have a new manager so it isn't infuriating to go there.
