After a long day of driving and having to deal with The VA, we came across this Arby's in Spanaway and decided to treat ourselves. we dont have an Arbys close by so we were excited for a different venue. Upon arrival, we came bnb in to look at the menu and the Male let us know where we could order. my 15yr old and I said ok and kept looking at the menu. I recieved a phone call and we were still deciding so we didnt want to be rude to the employee so we hung back. He rudely stated once again of where we could be helped to which my kid said ok thanks we are almost ready and that I was finishing a phone call. After finishing my call, we went up to order and the guy took our order and didnt let us finish before he was spitting out the total(the kid wanted to upgrade his drink to a shake), he didnt ask if it was for here are to go until after it was made and we were Lready seated. As we were sitting there eating, all of a sudden we hear "This dude just ordered 10 f*&$in' beef n cheddars" and F*&$#in' awesome" and other peppering of the Fbomb as we were trying to eat. we were the only ones in the lobby and his voice really carried. I went up and asked one of the females working to ask him to refrain from swearing and as I went to my seat he said something about me wearing a "f*ing Navy Tshirt" at this point I asked to speak to a manager, as I was trying to discuss it with her, he stopped taking care of a drive thru customer and started arguing with me, telling me he was ex Army and that he wouldnt talk down to people the way I did. At that point I returned to my seat because the situation could have gotten worse. We could hear the Mgr tell him he needed to calm down and he said His shift was over and left. I did go back and talk to the Mgr before we left. Not impressed with the guys attitude or professionalism. If he truly was in the military, it would have shown in his professionalism.
