Used a coupon and the Staff Sunday night were awful, rude and seemed very uneducated in the job,especially the manager? They did not give us the fries so we went back only to be told we did not ' say' the code even though we presented the coupon which had the code on it!!!! VERY VERY time consuming frustrating and the WHOPPERS were cold right from the start. Retrain your staff or replace them!!

Waited over 7 mins at the drive through window for 2 whopper jrs ... Burgers were cold , sloppy and buns were not toasted. Also they were far from even being busy.... Very disappointed ?

They said the machine wouldn't read my card and refused to try on a different machine. Had to leave without any food because their machine wasn't working properly. The way they handled that situation was by far the worst experience that I've ever had at a subpar fast food establishment.

Please just close this place! They never have anything or they are just too lazy to make it.They have more shake choices than Dairy Queen but apparently the shake machine doesn’t work, in 3 years I have yet to get a shake from this dump. Just close..

Asked if I could get my burgers off the broiler and they said yes. It took a little longer but my meal was hot and fresh.
Cannot seem to get an order right at all. Been a few times and had to sent food back multiple times. Asking for money back is pointless because a manager is never on shift to do that. Management needs to change asap.

Don't misunderstand me now. Although I enjoy Burger King, this one is terrible! To be honest, this is the worst restaurant service I have ever had! Rather than focusing on their work, these young women would rather argue with one another. This place's interior was a complete wreck.
