I enjoy places like this. Regular Mexican food. When I go to Seattle the restaurants are not traditional. It's to bad.

They used to be the go-to place for good food, but now the food like a lot of places here, has become sub-par at best and they want to charge more then ever for it too.I know costs have gone up, but don't charge more for top shelf quality food when you have dropped your quality to bottom shelf and think we are too stupid to realize it. Sorry but you have unfortunately just lost a long time customer that would in the past look forward to the Azteca meals. Those days are a thing of the past.

First time hereHands down the best Pollo molè I have ever eaten. The staff was cheerful and attentive without being pushy.I like that. Stephanie was kind and professional. I feel they probably would have let me sit there the rest of the night and just enjoy my "chocolate chicken" and decompress. I never felt rushed or they needed me to hurry up.I will definitely be back!

Good staff but we got stuck near the kitchen I guess. Lot of staff traffic and noisy. The music over the speaker was atrocious and not remotely "latin". My enchiladas was fine but my wife didn't like the tortilla soup. Perhaps just a bad day for them but there are other Mexican restaurants we like better.Parking: Strip mall area so lots of parking.
It was good but not great. I didn't care for their seasoned hamburger in my enchilada should have stuck with shredded beef. Just to spendy not to enjoy but that was my issue & taste buds. So all in all it was fine.

We had lunch at Azteca last Thursday and did not enjoy the food much at all. We both ordered pollo al a creama, which is generally a very good chicken dish with a lovely cream sauce. So of course, we were very disappointed to find that the sauce was only watered-down sour cream with no hint of real cream. The chicken was also tough, chewy, and flavorless. There were also supposed to be sauteed mushrooms and onions, of which neither of us got more than one mushroom. The rice and refried beans were just so-so. Also, I had a margarita which had absolutely NO tequilla. Needless to say, our $50 for lunch will not be spent here ever again.
