Worst service I've ever had, brought my granddaughter and my wife for the first time ever, only got one burger and my granddaughters wings never got second burger even after I told the waitress we didn't get it, she said OK and walked away, she's lucky I left her a 5 dollar tip even though she didn't earn it,probably won't be going back there

Our waitress must have been new because she took our RE-USABLE (meaning not one time use) $5 off $25 or more plastic card coupon we bought from the local Boy Scouts troop. Shameful! It was to be used many times until the end of this year!

Buffalo wild wings review…My husband I came to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time since we have been in Spokane and I can tell you I am not impressed the wings were over cooked and the costumer service could have been better

I had an issue where I ordered to the wrong store and Aubrey answered the phone and helped through the refund process. I was having a hard day and this ended up being the straw that broke the camel’s back and I was crying while talking to her. She was kind, patient, and thorough; talking to her really helped. Thank you Aubrey!

Came in for a daddy/daughter dinner to watch the NCAA basketball playoffs. Had the Cobb Salad, as did my daughter, and split some boneless wings with the new Honey Sriracha sauce (excellent)! Thursday is BOGO Wings Day, so 12 wings for the price of 6!!! Wash it down with some lemonade-ice tea and UConn over San Diego... it couldn't have been better!

My daughter and I went here for dinner and both ordered wings and fries to share. Our server was nice. Unfortunately my order was dropped off by a different server who walked away after leaving my wings and nothing else. Strange but we thought her wings and the fries would be out shortly. Wrong! we waited quite a while and eventually the original server stopped by to say her wings were taking longer because she asked for them extra crispy. We the. asked if we could at least have the fries so she could eat. He said “Oh, I was waiting to bring them with the other wings”.(why?) he did bring them but they were now cold. After i finished my wings and we atill didn’t have hers we flagged yet a third server and asked for them to just be cancelled as we wanted to just go home. This server looked at my 27 year old daughter as if she was a petulant child and said “ They’ll come out when they’re ready.” and walked away. I was shocked at her rudeness. Our original server eventually showed back up to apologize but her wings had been given to another table so they were making them again and we wouldn’t be charged. However I was done eating so we said thanks but we no longer wanted to wait.

Ubered some late night wings, but what a bummer. Wings are too hard to eat, only 4 wings have sauce on them and they're extremely dried out.Jerky wings are no bueno. Super sad, one of my favorite places to eat.
