Was scared to eat here after seeing reviews. Food was hot, fries well salted, friendly staff. Only complaint, staff don't wear gloves when taking fries out or putting them in the bag.
Not to be rude but you guys have got to start checking your order slips better. There’s no reason to have something missing all 3 times I’ve gone to this location. A medium fry is close to $4 anymore and I’m tired of paying for stuff to get home and realize it’s not all there. 4 ice creams being missing the first time, an onion ring the second, and now a medium fry. Pleaseeeeee start h checking your slips and bags before sending them out. I’m like $14 in free credit...read full review

Valley location does NOT open at 6AM/Their posted time! Been multiple times now with staff inside around 6:30AM and nobody answered the drive thru or phones. Call before wasting gas early in the morning!
