Been there for years, building a bit run down but dont let that keep you from visiting, the food is great, their tots are to die for, burgers are messy good.

I enjoyed the delicious double cheese burger and fries, which I must say is far better of a burger than any of the fast food burger joints in town. Excellent homemade quality food and friendly customer service made for a pleasurable visit here. I will definitely be back!

The food was good, but the service made for a terrible experience when we tried to use a coupon. A lady came to the window and told us that her daughter owned the restaurant and she was not aware of any such coupon. I explained that I was a member of Spokane Teachers' Credit Union and they offer their members monthly STCU Passport benefits which equates to discounts at various businesses. She told me that she was a member of STCU and those discounts are only at expensive restaurants. She said that she would give us the discount anyway. She acted like we were lying and then proceeded to walk to the kitchen area and carryon and on to the other lady about how those discounts were only for expensive restaurants. When she brought us our food she told us that she called her daughter and she said that they are not part of that program with STCU. I held my phone up to show her the website and the coupon and she wouldn't even look at my phone. She just continued on about how that was only for restaurants like "Black Angus". It's unfortunate that you have someone who lacks basic customer service skills representing your business. We just wanted to try a new place for lunch and unfortunately she made it a terrible experience.

I wish I would have taken a picture before I inhaled the burger. The staff was so incredibly nice, we ordered giant cheese burgers with no buns...it was probably ly the best bunless burger I have had. Definitely will come back!!!

Cool little burger shack that has been there since 1954. Old school menu with good food. Service was good with friendly staff.

The giant cheeseburger combo meal is delicious for $10 plus tax. Its a doubke paddy with the works. I give the service 2 thumbs up. I will be a return attended. Smiles!

Double Whammy on point. Delicious! Loved onion rings. Loved the mozerella sticks. Personally not a fan of the marinara, but not changing my rating as I left over full. Great value.

Been driving by this for the last few years and decided to stop. Got the double whammy which was good. Fried onions and mozzarella sticks were good with really good breading. However the marinara was more like chili. Burger patties were worth considering over any of the fast food places.

My 1st time eating here and I must say it was very good I had the cheese burger with bacon added ham and tots..I totally recommend it... great hospitality

I have to say consistently probably the best burger in SpokaneMy ex didn't eat hamburgers But she told me when I found the one Burger she needed to try She would try it..And Mike's Burger Royale Burger Was the one and she asked for a second bite! That was several years ago and well i stopped today and again amazing!!!
