I pulled into the drive thru at 10pm, was the only car there, and was rudely told by it would be a 15 minute wait for someone to get back from break. But there were 2 people working, why couldn't one guy take an order and then cook it? I did that when I was 16 working fast food.Then after 15 minutes the guy was incredibly rude to me while taking my order and doing the transaction at the window.I never do these reviews but this made my blood boil.

They hire people that don't care about fresh food. All the time I go there it's not the Best food. Always over cooked or has been put out to long. Don't go here for a burger. Went in a day later they remade my order. All happy now. Thanks Fredrick.

I ordered a couple meals and made sure to tell them we did not want barbecue sauce on one of the burgers. They assured me it would not be on there. I got the meals in the drive-up window and drove home. They put barbecue sauce on the burger. I called to tell them that we could not eat it. They put me on hold waiting for the manager. After about 15 minutes on hold I hung up. I would not recommend this place

What has happened to Carls Jr? They have really gone downhill , especially the Sprague location. Rude employees, horrible food, dirty store, not open when the hours sign says. Whoever oversees these establishments should just throw in the towel and find a different line of work.

Drive thru .... got home to a terrible chicken sandwich and chicken "strips". The few bites we had was more like chewing on greasy rubber. Everything but the fries went in the garbage. Just ick - won't return.

This place is always good! You get what you pay for and it's not inexpensive! Great food! Spent 15 minutes total in the drive thru for 1 $6.50 chicken sandwich that was so dark it looked burnt and tasted like old grease....Usually Carl's is good but this was a fail!
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and the food was missing it's sauce. Someone must've called in sick to work but even if that was the case, the chicken sante fe wraps should've been sauced

I'm getting really sick of this store not actually being open in the mornings despite the 'Open' sign being turned on. Operating hours start at 6am, and I usually try to get something closer to 7. Without fail, no one has the headset on, no one comes to the window, and they've even takilen to leaving the phone off the hook so no one can call. I understand being short staffed, but I have absolutely seen one guy manage the place on his own. This is just lazy.

We came in after the lunch hour rush. There were no other customers inside, and only a couple of cars in the drive through. I stood at the order counter for over 5 min. But none of the staff said anything nor acknowledged me.Don't bother stopping in this place. I would give service 0 stars if it was allowed.We ended up leaving and headed down to the Dairy Queen near Sullivan. Way better service and value for food.Carl's Jr management, change or retrain the staff at this store ASAP.

I got a free western star and i wish it came in a combo but sadly it was just the burger. I do not recommend the breakfast biscuits because they are dry you basically will choke on them... do not order them unless you love dry biscuits.
