We pass twenty Mexican restaurants to get here each time. Clean, delicious food, great service. Their Birria is amazing... I could drink the consomé. Though honestly everything we've tried has been great and fresh.

I really want to like this place. The food is truly excellent but their service really needs some work. I have had issues every time I have ordered. Whether it is missing a food item, piling multiple orders into one container so they are soggy or in one case, charging my card, saying thank you and closing the window without giving me my food. I had to flag her down to get her to reopen the window and tell her she never gave me my food. She was apologetic of course but it really is one issue after another. The food is 5 stars but the service needs to get better.

This place has become one of my most sacred, favorite, number one places to eat in Spokane Valley. This is my 2nd review of this awesome place. When you eat here, your body becomes so satisfied with the flavor journey, that it finds PEACE. Do not bring yourself to over-eat. The leftovers are just as delicious as the original meal. Enjoy, rest, repeat! The Birria sauce is so delicious. To my delight, I was able to get big containers of it with my orders. Let me tell you that every drop of that delicious consomme was not wasted. You will fall deeper in love with every bite that this food artist known as El Sazon Birrieria offers. God bless you, and thank you so much for the art known as El Sazon Birrieria. I could promote the food that this heavenly chef prepares all day, every day! It was delivered hot and delicious! Even the delivery driver said the aroma was so amazing that he will have to return to this place later that day and order some dinner. Just don't forget to order extra consomme. I froze mine and used it for my own birria burritos!
Make sure you order extra birriera. I froze mine and marinated my chuck roast with it. I enjoyed Birririea (spelling is prob. wrong) burritos. They were as delicious as my original order. I love this place, and it is SO OBVIOUS the owners love this place. YOU CAN TASTE THEIR PASSION for excellent cuisine. This is one place that I will file in my brain as one of the very best on the face of this earth, according to my immediate exposure. Keep your passion, because we taste it!

Amazing birria! I am so stuck on the quesabirria that I haven't made it to the birria ramen. The churros are to die for.
This was the 2nd time my wife and me ordered from El Sazon. First time, everything was good, and accurate. The 2nd time, we were missing our order of tortillas, and the pollo burrito that my wife ordered had a big bone in it. Lucky she didn't bite it and/or break a tooth. Doubt we will try this place again. Added a photo with the bone next to a ruler.
They have great quality and are open long hours so it's very convenient. If you would rather go to the place that just moved in next door then you have issues.
