Ever since Galaxy Grand has changed owners, the drinks have been awful! I went back multiple times and had multiple different people make drinks anywhere from mocha's to chai tea and nothing has been remotely the quality that it was before... The baristas are lovely and it's a great environment. I'm just super disappointed with the taste of the drinks

After the sale and transfer of ownership, the prices have been jacked up, recipes changed, baristas moved around and specials non-existent. What was mine and my wife's go to for weekend caffeine isnt even an option for us anymore. 6.25 for a lotus? Are you serious?

This is our favorite go to place for a quick delicious sandwich and a cup of coffee. The bread is so fresh and the service is always friendly. We eat there every week - sometimes the grinder and sometimes the french dip. Quality and service is always consistent and great. Looking for a great lunch -- there's more than coffee here, which by the way the selection of drinks is impressive.

Morning staff is horrible!!! SUPER SLOW and always have disgusting attitudes!!! One in particular with long black hair and heavy makeup (don't know her name) is NASTY and rude every single time. You can tell she hates her job. Owner should really look into new staffing. Afternoon staff is completely opposite. They are amazing. Especially the young gentleman. He should be running the place and teach the rest of the staff what great customer service is like.
