The staff seems a little off ?Like they have no joy. Food was good but the atmosphere was bleak. Everything just seemed off. I can't explain it. I'll give it another try down the road.The food was good though, hit the spot ?

This is the worst order I’ve ever had from Jack-in-the-Box. My elderly mom took me and my daughter out to dinner paid with it on her Social Security. She doesn’t get to eat out much so it was her treat. We go through the drive-through and all of our food is absolutely terrible.burgers were like they had been sitting for hrs .. Not to mention that the so-called night manager that took our order sounded like she’s been on drugs for the last three hours out of it. She was rude she didn’t do what we asked for and she didn’t even know what it was that we were getting she asked me what number it was on the menu and she’s supposed to be a manager..she crumbled up the bags andSmashed the food. Asked for few more ketchups she hands me a put 10 more and drops half in the ground and says oops and close window. we’ve always loved this Jack in the box for good service and the good foods ….and this is literally the worst food we’ve ever gotten and the worst service. I really hope that they replace whoever it is that helped us because she is horrible and completely incompetent.Such a bummer because we love this store and their food. 45 dollars later and the worst service and food ever.

This Jack in the box has the rudest people that work for them. The only person that works in that store that is kind and courteous is Bob and a couple of the cooks. Otherwise when you go to pick up your order you will get get told by the 4x3 rude bovine that it’s going to be 45 min wait and to order an hour ahead of pick up time because she’s lazy and can’t handle 10 burgers.
