Always fast. Normally I get an Americano, hot, No flavor, because I like coffee favored coffee. However, I can get a blended caramel latte from this stand because they always make it PERFECTLY light on the real caramel sauce, not syrup but real caramel sauce. Best baristas in Spokane. Always fantastic about greeting my dogs & giving out cookies.Far and above my favorite coffee stand.

Friendly staff, and fast. Since we’re regulars they usually have our order ready before we’re even at the window, using hand signals and gestures. I go there most week days, always friendly, and quick. For those on the go, they won’t slow you down, and with their assortment of drinks and quick and easy breakfast options, it is my place to go when heading out in the morning.

My boyfriend was in the car in front of my mom and I and gave the barista $20 to pay for our coffee. She didn’t say a word about it and had us pay! Luckily he called and told us and when we called them out she went and hid in the back and had the other barista take care of us. It was the barista with long brown hair who was trying to keep the $20 from him at 12:40 on November 25th! Super messed up. I’m a regular here and will never come back!

I was a wake up call customer for years. Their service and prices became ridiculous. I just so happened to stop by Jacobs one day.. and ugh, I loveeee you guys!! Your coffee tastes better, your prices are very fair, and the girls always have a smile to share at the window.
