I was their 1st customer today. Everything was fresh and ready to go, the smell of bacon hit you right as you walked in. The employees were friendly. The chipotle cheesesteak was absolutely amazing. I don't know why I don't come here more often.Dietary restrictions: They offer Gluten Free and Vegetarian options.

Food took 3x as long as quoted to be made. There was no order in the restaurant. Staff were inattentive. I used to have them cater all of my marketing meetings but I’m not confident in their ability to deliver large orders in a timely matter. It took an hour to get 4 sandwiches after ordering online and paying ahead. Luckily their sandwiches don’t suck so that’s a plus.

The sandwich wasn’t worth the price at all. You’re better off grabbing bread, meat and cheese from Walmart for a fraction of the cost, but for the lazy and careless with their money this could very well be the place for you. Staff felt very rushing to get your order done with no real time to allow you to consider after a question regarding your sandwich. Not a pleasant experience, except for the guy at the counter who gave us an extra drink for free. Thanks guy. Shoutout to you.

Wow! I was expecting a much better sandwich and service, that'll teach me not to have expectations! Not only did the half sub cost as much as a whole sub almost any where else, but they got mine done right away and my mom had to wait way too long for hers because the guy on the grill took a break! So after we asked where her sandwich was they were like oh were sorry, it will be done soon! Then the girl made the sandwich so fast that it had HUGE pieces of green onions, so bad my mom had to waste 80% of her $12 half a sub! Wow, really!? Well I guess that's that! Never going to Jersey Mike's EVER AGAIN!

A few weeks ago, I walked in and was shaking, the gal taking my order asked if I was ok. I told her my blood sugar was low and I needed to eat. They made my sandwich so quickly and literally ran it to me. The cook and the gal who took my order both checked on me while I was eating to make sure I was ok. This is an example of excellent customer service. They recognized I wasn’t ok and reacted with empathy and care. 100% would recommend this location again.

I went to grab a sandwich here today just before noon and it was amazing! The 3 staff members at the front were all very friendly. I’ve never seen such a beautiful sandwich made, and I am a very big critic when it comes to that. The taste and presentation was on point! We wish we lived closer but will definitely be back when we are in town again. Thank you for the great service!

Wildly inconsistent. The sandwiches are often thrown together... literally. Stuff hanging all over the place so badly you have to push stuff back in to the bread before you try to pick it up. Employees often seem to be in a bad mood, and seems like a lot of turnover. Which would explain the sandwiches. Sometimes the place looks a bit dirty, which I can excuse during busy times, but often things are slow and nothing is being cleaned up. There is so much potential for a great sandwich place here, but it seems the franchisee is making enough money to not actually care. I can think of a couple of sandwich chains that had this attitude that no longer exist. I wonder if Jersey Mike's will end up another footnote in history?

Went for a gluten-free giant sub. Super happy to see gloves were changed and that the have a separate squeeze bottle Mayo as well as a dedicated clean knife to cut the gluten-free bread. They took great care in cleaning the meat slicer and Insuring no cross contamination happened. Well definitely be back soon.
Ordered online. Came in 15 minutes later. Employee said working on it now 2 min. Went to Fred Meyer. Came back 15 min later. Same employee says I'll be working on it soon 5 min.... What the heck happened to customer

What I ordered: #7 turkey and provolone on rosemary garlic bread with Lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, mustard, and vinegar.What I got: ham and cheese sandwich with bacon. No condiments and on plain bread.Sucks that I waited that long for my order on my lunch break and I am forced to eat the sandwich that isn't mine.

Their Philly was sooo good. The 2 ☆'s for service is because we were told our sandwiches would be ready in 20 minutes. My daughters boyfriend went in to get them & he ended up having to stand in there another 20 minutes! My husband's food, from Zips across the street, was barely lukewarm when we got it home to him because of having to wait so long for our food. Had we known this would happen, we would have got the Zips last.We will definitely be back because their Philly is one of the best I have had. They do have great food. Next time, I just hope this won't be an issue.
