We bought a 6 pc meal deal a little after 10 am on 4/8/24 - worst soggy chicken I have ever had. The biscuits were not done. I will never eat kfc chicken again ever. I gag at even thinking about going there.

First couple delivery orders were great. Next two: missing sauces, missing fries... KFC's answer? Either I come in to get the missing items or Door Dash gets to refund it or maybe, MAYBE, REDELIVER if they have a driver available. Umm, DoorDash didn't put my order together and leave things out; that was KFC. How &#@% aggravating.

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. Woman couldn’t understand the name I said as the driver. My passenger spoke up and said the name under the order. The employee said “pull forward”. I came to the window. I said the name again, she again was like l duhhhhhh. Again, passenger spoke and all the sudden she could hear.. said they have an order for us. Threatened to call the cops cause I refused to move my car. I went back through the drive thru & said I’m back. All the sudden, I have my food… not going to eat it. She Didn’t wear a name tag. Swearing on the sales floor.

Parking: A few spots including wheelchair accessible spots are located on the west side of the restaurant. But the entire parking lot surrounding it is free to park where you choose from Sullivan , or east of the place on Sprague . Parking spaces for KFC, are somewhat small but if you were traveling in a large vehicle or pulling a trailer you will have no problem parking here and going to dine in or drive thru.Kid-friendliness: I would say it isn't more kid friendly than any other fast food establishment.Wheelchair accessibility: Two or three spots on west side entrance from east Sprague Ave .

Very dishonest about menu pricing. I looked price up online in advance, and they charged me 50% more. I challenged this, and did not get satisfactory response.
I decided to wait as they were out of one of my items and then gave me chicken tenders for a sandwich. This kfc has seen me for the last time

found french fries at the bottom of my large mashed potatoes. not upset but definitely concerned. as a person who worked in fast food… what are you even doing. and my chicken sandwich had 2 chicken patties on it. thanks ig but again what are you doing.

I recently called KFC because they sent me old burnt chicken that look like it had been sitting in the fryer and forgotten about. When I called a guy answered the phone and just said hello like it was his personal line then he asked who is this when I responded with hello. The opening shift lead who said his name was Jackson was rude, unprofessional, and does not know the meaning of good customer service. The GM really needs to step up his game and train these employees correctly. If I was the GM , I would be embarrassed.
