How hard is it to get an order right!? I don’t typically like to leave bad reviews because everywhere messes up but you really need to evaluate who the hell you hire. I ordered the new crazy puffs with the deal it had on the Menu and got crazy bread instead and they messed up my pizza as well and refused to re make my order. Then I asked for 5 ranch cups and was only given 1? I understand minimal work for minimum wage but when I’m paying for something i expect to get what I paid for not something else.UPDATE: now I’m trying to eat my food because I’m not going to waste $20 on pizza and guess what THERE IS HAIR IN MY FOOOD!!!

So I start this review with stating it was 9:27pm on 4/4 so I understand they close in 33 minutes but I called to solely ask if it was too late to come in and pick up any pizza available. I called and it rang for 2 minutes so I hung up and decided to give it another try, again it just rang for another minute and a half…..Every time I go in I feel guilty because it seems they are understaffed and nobody wants to be there. I try to give the benefit of the fact but seriously…every time….I’m 33 weeks pregnant with horrible nausea the only thing I could keep down for God knows why is their crazy bread. Trust me I know how first world problematic this sounds but it just gets old being disappointed and treated like poop every time I go in for the simplest item. Do better.

The Sullivan location is the best one I've been to so far in the Spokane area. I ordered the new Crazy Puffs.....and let me tell ya. Those things are Awesome!!! I ordered 12 to share with my work colleagues and I ended up eating 8. So good!!! Get some!!!!

They made us wait 20 minutes for our food as well as gave us the wrong food with our order. Over all I wasn't pleased. And everytime we come here they get some thing wrong with our food. My mother refused to come here for over a year. And now she refuses to come here ever again.

I've loved and eaten Little Caesar's Pizza for over 50 years and this was a new and awful experience. My husband picked up a large pepperoni pizza and brought it home today. When I opened the box, just the look of the pizza made me ask my husband if he really went to Little Caesar's (despite what it said on the box). I said it was the strangest looking Little Caesar's I've ever seen. The crust was over 1/2" thick (I measured) and there was very little pepperoni. Big areas of just cheese on every single slice. Astonishing, really, how thick this crust was. Thicker than any other pizza I've ever eaten, including deep dish. And where'd the pepperoni go???? Seriously, the person who made this has no idea how to make a Little Caesar's pizza. I assume they probably learned their process at some other place, and just continue to make the same horrible pizza they used to make elsewhere. Somebody needs to supervise and teach this guy before he drives everybody else away from your business, too!

A lot of the Little Caesars have declined as of late, but their sauce was fresh, pizza uniform and delicious. Their service was also great.Dietary restrictions: We have an allergy and they were very respectful of said issue.

extremely slow getting orders out, you’ll be waiting there for 30+ minutes for your order. when you order online it tells you that it’ll be done by a certain time but it escalates to double that. would not recommend ?

The pizza is great for the price and the employees are friendly, courteous and prompt with orders. Usually within 10-15 minutes your order is ready.

Have ordered from this store many, many times over the years. I don't know what happened, but this pizza I received was way undercooked and extremely unappetizing to look at. Need to teach your staff how to make pizza correctly and consistently.
