I felt like I was at DoorDash Central station. Fast food Chinese food has really gone down, there's just no flavor or taste to it, and all I saw around me were DoorDash drivers waiting for pickups. I remember when Panda Express first opened up it was so good and they were so many people who raved about it. Where has the emphasis on quality gone?

Every time we go to this location there is always something wrong with our order. Most recently we placed an online order after coming home and opening our food we realized half our order was missing. They only provided one apple egg roll when we ordered four and they only gave us one entree when we ordered two. When we called they said that they would take our name down and the next time we come in they would give us those items for “free”. Anyways we ended up driving back down and getting the items that were missed. This was a total waste of time and unnecessary. I would avoid going to this location if at all possible!

Every time I go to this Panda Express there is an issue. They forgot one of my bowls ON A MOBILE ORDER like, you had time to get it prepared correctly, there was nobody in line either. Once I finally return to get my forgotten food, because they refuse to do refunds, they interrogated me about needing a receipt to prove purchase even though I had spoken to them on the phone and they remembered me on speaker once I got there. It’s pretty ridiculous service and always seems to happen with the night staff.. Manager don’t care either, definitely a pass on this location.

I would put a zero star to this panda honestly, they have messed up many of my orders. I have ordered for delivery and now that I have camplaint about it they said next time they see my name they will deny my order… for their mistakes I guess ??‍♀️ I guess panda doesn’t care for customer service anymore because his employee G O made sure i knew I am not welcome there. The full story is I ordered online for delivery they messed up my order and didn’t send one plate and when I called they tried to make me go to the store to get it which makes nonsense since I ordered online and I selected delivery because I can’t drive right now… I guess employees don’t know they’re part of a corporation and panda doesn’t really care about them anymore. Now I’m banned from this Panda supposedly because I complaint about my order THEYYYYY MESSED UP NOT ME! He said he would refund my order soon if I don’t see it they will hear me.

Not even worth it for a star. If there's only zero, that's what I would put on here. The girl who was taking my order was not nice at all. I ordered a cup of juice and requested her not to put so much ice because my little boy would not drink it. But she insisted that that is how it's being made, with much ice. I asked twice and she was very inconsiderate. She was showing very poor customer service. She wasn't friendly at all. She's got a bad attitude!Expectedly, my little boy did not drink much of the juice. It has small amount of juice in the cup and too much ice. He was having brain freeze every sip. It was the worst service!

If I could give zero stars I would. The young lady working there last Saturday night with the headset in was very rude, told us it would be a 15 min wait for almost anything we ordered, when asked, “Well what else to you have that’s ready?” She barked, “We have what we have!” We looked at the bowls of food and there were only two bowls in the entire restaurant that were near full. The rude worker told us we could complain to the manager if we wanted to, but that she had already turned in her two week notice. Also she told us it is Panda’s policy to slow down the cooking at 7pm and at 9:00 to not cook any food unless it is ordered. They are open til 10:00 inside and 10:30 drive through. Didn’t make any sense at all. So you order then they make just enough for your order so you have to wait 15 min she said while they cook just enough for your order. I can’t believe this truly is the policy. The food when it arrived was the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PANDA EXPRESS! Will not go back to this one!

My boyfriend and I have come to this location and every time we have gone through the drive thru, the girl taking the order always has the biggest attitude. They always make you seem like such an inconvenience every time you order. The same girl took our order the few times we went. Each time it was the same. My boyfriend would start ordering and she would instantly cut him off saying “is that it?” he would order another thing and “is that it?” So rude and unprofessional. I work fast food and would never talk to someone like that. I get it, people have bad days. But this same girl is always running the drive thru. They weren't busy and it wasn’t closing time either. The food is always good but the service just sucks here. Your only job is to take orders, so do that! Preferably letting someone finish saying their whole order before you cut them off while doing so! We now drive to a farther location to have better service.
