the ice cream tasted like the name. the lady working was nice and made sure me and my family got big scoops. it also isn't too expensive. the place is very nice and modern.

My husband and I each had a double scoop today so we tried four flavors. All were good, but not phenomenal. I had "Exhausted Parent" and "Raspberry Rhapsody, and my husband had "Fat Elvis" and "Munchie Madness." We liked that none were overly sweet and all were creamy. The service was very friendly and outgoing. The scoops were huge--too huge. I asked if I could have two flavors in a single scoop after seeing how large my husband's double serving was, but the server said it was not allowed. We sat indoors in comfy leather chairs and relaxed.

Absolutely yes. So many flavors of ice cream... cases of chocolates... choco tacos and ice cream cakes... it smells like the best part of childhood summer break and tastes like calories you won't regret. I loved the rhubarb crumble ice cream, my husband is seriously into the This S* Just Got Serious, and I want to return posthaste to try the Zanzibar chocolate experience

Pete & Belle's has taken over as my favorite place to go for ice cream. So many choices, even if I do always get the same thing. (What can I say? It's my favorite flavor.) I enjoy their caramel apples and chocolates, too. The service is the best! So very friendly. It is like seeing friends every time we go in.

I will not be returning until the rewards are fixed. I have been to the valley mall location twice in the past few MONTHS to redeem my free scoop rewards, and both times I've gone (months apart) they've given the lame excuse, "our tablet is down" both times. If you are going to have a rewards system for your customers make sure it works. It feels like this is a scam, and I will not be supporting until something happens about it... Such a shame, the ice cream is really good. (Edit) You say youve been trying to reach out to get them fixed but you have been saying that the last 3 or 4 months so please stop scamming costumers, and wear some gloves before i repot you guys for unhealthy working conditions there are multiple repots of glove less maskless people putting heads and hands into your icecram cases. Fix that please.

They have a pretty unique selection of flavors but a good value it isn't. Scoop size varies dramatically from visit to visit and even server to server. I mentioned this on a visit and was pretty much shut down for the question. Kids scoops are no bargain, either. A few cents cheaper but not much smaller. Forget asking them to do a "split scoop" on kids scoops (that's two half scoops for kids who'd prefer two flavors) because they don't go that either. You're better off picking up ice cream from the grocery store. Better price and no attitude. (Wouldn't honor Yelp check-in for discount either--BOO!!)
