So my girlfriends daughter ordered pizza from this location and they never knocked and also left the pizza on the ground. Not only is that unsanitary she didn't click the contact less delivery just showed up sat the pizza on the ground and left you guys need to stop doing this no one wants to eat food that has been left on the ground for who knows how long and this is also why I personally don't order through pizza hut

Door dash driver parked in handicap parking, no placard. All 3 times he was in and out. Obviously understaffed, and training new employees. But kind and working hard.

Worst customer service ever. Out of dipping sauce for breadsticks and for melts. When called to ask the girl was ah ah ah I'm new let me ask, ah ah ah I can refund just the sauce. Asked for night manger who wouldn't give me a name was rude and wasn't going to do a dang thing. 10-5-23 date ordered time 8:03pm. Yes David you will get a call in the morning from me and hopefully you have a better answer then your untrained staff.By the way I have been in customer service over 25 years this was by far the worst I have ever seen.I have tried to reach David for two days. Keep getting the run around on when he's in. Ridiculous at this point. Customer really don't matter at this location.Update went back after talking to Dave. Since we tried to fix the issue. We got pizza again I told them about a food allergy. We'll guess that's not a priority for this place. Because there was sausage on 2 of the pizzas. Thank you but no THANK YOU. Never again would I recommend this place.

I ordered 3-4 pizzas with all the premiums added came out to be 65$ online on the app to pick up the pizzas for my employees.Ordered @6:30pm came @8pm and no employees was at the store. I waited for 15 minutes way late for my shift and no employees was at the window or inside. I saw 1 car outside. It's frustrating paying all that money and did not receive my stuff and so i left.The place is inconsistent, and as a fellow manager, this is unacceptable for a business to operate in this manners taking customers money and not give them their goods? ?

Went on a Tuesday because it was buy one get one free! We ordered 2 large pan pizzas, 3 salads, 3 sodas, & cinnamon sticks for dessert. Everything was about $60ish dollars, so not bad for the amount of food & the quality. We chose dine in & our waitress was great. The food came out fast & was very good.

This location has horrible customer service. This was the 'third strike your out' for us. They overcharged is twice because they didn't have delivery drivers so had to use door dash and that charge was added to our bill. All three times we were treated as if our business didn't matter and even blamed us for a computer issue, which I verified with the company that it WAS a system issue! If you work a service job, remember it's the customers that keep the doors open for your paychecks!
