This is one of the only dine in pizza huts left in the valley. We have been here twice recently for our son’s “book it” program. The pizza is t anything to write home about but they have a decent Tuesday special (but one get one) and the gal we’ve happened to have working there both times we’ve been in is just the best. We’ll keep going to this location just hoping to get her for our server again. She is kind, helpful and friendly, doing her job with a great attitude- we’ve noticed she’s the only there we interact with (there may be someone else in back or delivery drivers) and she does everything with a smile. We will definitely be back.

Did an online order close to closing time. Food arrived and was a bit cooler than expected. We ate dinner but now are suffering from food poisoning. All of us who ate the pizza are sick to our stomachs and throwing up. Those in my home that did not eat the pizza are just fine. I would be careful about ordering pizza close to closing time because it seems as if that is when staff is the most careless about food safety.

This is back-to-back terrible pizza delivery experiences. The pizza was undercooked, lacking items that I paid for (I paid extra to build my own), and not fully cut into pieces. Clean up your act, or get a new team of PROFESSIONALS.

I would like to shout out to the night manger who didn't have to help me out. Thank so much for fixing the issue from the pines location. You absolutely didn't have to. But you where extremely helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. I just hope the pines location can learn what customer service like that is.
