Not to mention increasing visceral fat (abdominal).Butter contains saturated fats but has been proven to be much better for you in moderation. I do not touch margarine so as long as you're proving that you only use the cheapest of ingredients, I won't be spending money at RB.P.S. Flies will not land on margarine. It is molecularly similar to plastic.

My experience with rocket bakery has left me with wanting more and as soon as I can afford it I will be going back.

The local new's was in one morning and reported that nobody was there because there was some event of some kind, and my wife and I were eating breakfast within the camera view where the reporter was taking her report (it was super rude). So don't listen to the local new's come on down here and try it out the Barista is so good at what he does!
