I ordered a large pizza, they delivered a slice. My credit card was charged for the full price of a pizza. When I called, I got voicemail. No one ever returned my call. I paid $40 for a slice of pizza, plus delivery.

At the valley mall waiting to buy Zitti pasta for my daughter . I was waiting at the counter for 5 minutes at around 6pm and noticed there's only one person working in the back. So I decided to eat my food and come back when the lady is back at the front. 3 minutes later I see come her back I walked over to order and I see her throwing a whole tray of Zitti pasta. I asked her if she has anymore and she said no. It's only 6;09pm and they don't close until 7pm. Never coming back here.

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

Lets just put it this way. If you want to buy reheated pizza at a premium price then this is your go to pizza place! Want a slice of pizza thats been out for hours and then watch them place it back in the oven? Sbarro is your place! Nowhere else will you get pasta thats been sitting out all day too!Overall if you like your food sitting out for hours on end and handled by people who don't care about there job let alone your food. This is your go to restaurant.Sarcasm aside, DONT BUY FOOD HERE. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE FOOD WARMERS!!!

The pizza by the slice was sitting out with no heat, they just warm it in the oven briefly, the pizza itself was hard and dry . The flavor was just ok. The red potatoes had no flavor and we're under seasoned and even the soda machine had nasty soda in it. Tasted off and flat. All in all unless improved upon will not revisit.
